Looks so much better now with the maxton kit. Still need take that stripe off
Have the same kit, sadly diffuser part is so flimsy crackes when accidently touches a pavement, , shakes alot and hits the exhaust tip, overall dont buy gloss black, scratches like hell.. I mean still good value tjose maxton kits but you get what you pay, so not great quality.
Looking good Luke I commend the perseverance and sticking with the 140 and not taking the negative stuff to heart. Looks are subjective but no one can deny the M140i is a very capable car underneath it’s tame standard look.

Reiger rear diffuser looks ace
Relentless Pursuit I’ve had mine for a year and it’s the best mod for the m140i. Fitment isn’t great though..!

Front splitter is super aggressive - love it!
Those stripes still look bad. I dont know about the front splitter
front splitter v1 is the best subtle option, v2 v3 a little bit too fat for my tast
M Y I know what you mean, it sticks out too much. Doesn’t match the shape of the bmw either.
@@catpiano1 the maxton V2 looks the best as it follows the lines of the front bumper whereas the v3 sticks out a bit too much
The front vents and mirrors HAVE to be gloss black 100%!

Diffuser looks very good, the splitter very halfords and not sure about spoiler, but if you like it.
I never liked the black vinyls on either side of the car but with the added aero on her now, the vinyls look way better!👌👍
Thanks! I always had the vision to do this, but I couldn’t get all the work done in 1 video. If some mods don’t make sense, there’s normally more on the way...
*I'm not a fan of the Blue version of the M140i but this M140i looks absolutely STUNNING!*
Nice mods. The side stripes don't look out of place anymore but I still can't get used to those eye lashes on the front lights.
Bilstein b12 suspension mod next please. According to babybmw forum, this 'transforms' the handling.
I prefer the look of the standard car as it can be mistaken for a 120d most of the time. Interesting to see where you go next but I would say gloss black keep it matching. Intake noise is awesome that is something I'm slapping on my 340i

Big tip. Beef up your home security especially if you live near the Midlands. Had mine for 30 days and woke up to scumbags in my house searching for keys to my m140i. Didn't get it but scared everyone. Garage it if you can, best form of security. If not, disklok it, stick a retractable bollard in your drive, cctv, lights, alarm. I didn't do anything and although it didn't result in me losing my car, I could have deterred them. Don't mean to scare you off, enjoy your car it's a beast.
I loved your car before, but now it looks amazing. So so much better. Keep up the good work. 😁🤙

Rear diffuser. Front splitter. Spoiler side skirts yes. The rest make it look like you drove through Halfords
Get Some oz ultra Leggera gloss black to mate looks sick car looks sweet with the mods looks plain standard who Won’t a standard car unless your an old man or a snob an one lad said get the roof wrapped black that’ll look spot on
It was maybe worth a try, but please remove this black side stripes on the doors asap...add more negative camber to the front and enjoy DRIVING the car more than focusing on the looks

Yes I like the new mods, although get rid of they wheels and get the Originals from grey to black! And get Rid of that swedge line strip aswell.
Gloss black for everything, keep it blue and black. Go M style mirror caps.

I was at Motech on Thursday. They really know there stuff there. I had a Maxton rear spoiler fitted along with a Remus Exhaust on my M140.
I reckon gloss black for the canards and mirror caps. That would look great!!! 👌

the intake will draw in more hot air now that it doesnt have the surround - the bmw engineers design them this way for a reason.

I couldn’t agree more. I like the M140i but this car just looks daft. Kind of reminds me of a bloke wearing drag. Each to their own though and we’re very different.

Got the new 1 series regret not getting this beast now 😞. Don’t get me wrong the new one comes out cheaper as the apes on the m1400 are 9% compared to 3%

You should have been around twenty years ago when people were chavving up Impreza's and GT-R's like there was no tomorrow. It fitted those cars - to a point - but a BMW, not so much. Or I'm just getting old. In the end though, you are certainly free to do to your car what pleases you, and hopefully it does. An LSD is all I'm putting on mine.
Dream car but I would want it as a manual. I am getting a 118d soon so should be good.

BMW state 340bhp, but I had it dyno’ day 363bhp

@@jamboSAFC BMW says they didn't find a smoking gun. It was mostly within spec.
It started smoking at slow cruising(100kmh) and then started burning more and more fuel.
Got a new, and I mean brand spanking new in crate, engine from BMW München.
Outside is looking great, not keen on the silver/blue across the passenger side of the dash.
Waste gate opening like a dump valve seriously 🤣🤣🤣all turbos have a recirc dump valve thats the noise not the waste gate.
Still haven't done the number plate HOLES 😥👍
