You don’t have to take the mirror out. Just use a pry tool at the very end of the mirror caps and they come loose. You won’t break them. I’ve done this like 10 times. While you removed the glass you could have installed some nice dynamic blinkers too. It’s like a 10 min job
The links no longer work, which tips did you use? As there's 2 similar version so wasn't sure if they were all the larger diameter. Also, did you have any problems with these hitting the diffuser? Cheers!
These cars are going the same way that many performance cars do when they become affordable. People tune and modify them badly, wrap them around trees or blow them up and they gain a council estate image. Remember the Vauxhall Calibra Turbo? That went the same way. Very subtle mods or even keep stock are the way to go.

Normally my car reach the full 340 hp, so I took it to BMW dealer, they checked air filter, reprogrammed, you know, anything but they found nothing wrong, so they told me maybe the problem was the gas (petrol) y used , so I stopped today at shell and filled the tank with 92 octane premium gas but the problem still. I was going full throttle and the car is slow, I mean ...for sure a Golf git would kick my ass. Imagine, what do you recommend?

Only other thing to remember is replace the indicators when you replace the covers or you risk breaking your new covers when removing. Do it all in one go
Suppose it's personal taste but whilst I have carbon mirror caps and black wheels, I think the silver front bumper fins look best as they contrast nicely against the black.
Cars looking super well done. Keep the stripes they look awsome with all the other mods. Ignore the negative schmucks that disagree and go and ask some real car guys like calvin, ricky, and nick and you will know that your car rocks. 👍🏽👍🏽
Not keen on those mirror caps it’s too much like not being able to afford an m3/m4 but want the car to look like one, and it would have been good to see how you got the front canards off. Love those tips will defo be getting them, thanks for the discount 👍

The M style mirror covers look very cool but I've noticed a lot of whistling sound when I drive over 20mph and it's really bloody annoying! No thanks to that pointy bit.
Cannards come off easy enough, you have to be a little rough mote than you think you want to be. You can either have them sprayed for about 60 quid. Or wrap for around the same if you want carbon look. Don't pay for replacements waste of money
If you had a golf previously you will be used to the manky back end ;) After my golf im thinki g of bmw but not sure can fit 2 bimes in the back like golf🙄
I liked that intro mate ;) when you start doing any mechanical mods? Not great with all coronavirus going on now but best time to save some cash and put some mods on the car after :)

Gorgeous car. If it was me I'd have left the exhaust tips off. Any exhaust tips are crap on any car even if it's a fiesta or a Ferrari. Can't beat the look of a stainless steel pipe that's part of the back box

my carbon cap has 2 screws in it on the inside and it had original assembly by BMW (M Perfomance package)

Looks really good if it were up to mee i would have gone with a titanium or polished finish cause now the tips disapear in the diffuser :(

Think you need a remus back box or some thing at least. Then a JB4 or custom remap!

The stripes are so crap and really cheapen the whole thing. Personally I would want some chrome exhaust tips as well, they look invisible as they are.

Have you thought about the led sequential indicators? They look great with the gloss black autoid mirror caps.
You can just pull the mirror cap off. I did it on mine. Easy.
