IDK the specifics, but she is having label issues since the label she was on, Octone, got bought out by Universal/interscope, so she's in a sort of artist limbo. I would imagine that she can start recording sometime next year. Until then, she will be touring randomly.

She is not gonna tour the whole world, she is only touring to spread the message of Jesus in christian festivals or a few events, she is traveling with the bassist, drummer and her husband (lead guitarrist) and their two kids with them plus 3 or 4 staff/band crew people in a van, something that she wouldn't be able to do with flyleaf, also, she left bc she got pregnant again when New Horizon album came out, she wanted to live a normal few years with her family, but now her family guided her to create this band called Lacey with her husband. Also she wrote a book. You need time, space and a clear mind to do all those things. Her time in flyleaf was awesome but since Kristen is now with them, is not like she or them can be together again and say bye to kristen and the new album when they just put it out. Flyleaf is taking a different path. With "LACEY" she can rest and do things without a label, manager or record company trying to make them tour in a whole bunch of shows.

After all, Lacey is with her family, that's what she wanted to do, being with them everyday. I feel like we can now enjoy both bands, I like the changes "Lacey" did to the flyleaf songs they play, and now I like how Kristen May sounds singing a lot of flyleaf songs, she is a great performer too, and about Flyleaf's new album, I guess it's poppier but there are like 6 songs that are AWESOME, the meaning of Marionette, Platonic and Thread are awesome, I can enjoy both!! As much as I can enjoy Evanescence and We Are The Fallen.
The first song sounds like she is singing about a prostitute walking the streets. She says "You don't have to sell your body tonight" "You dont have to wear that dress tonight" Thats what I got.
