1 cup lukewarm water

Pork Bola-Bola Filling:
1 cup ground pork (about 1/2 lb)
1/4 tbsp pickle relish
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
2 tbsp oyster sauce - amzn.to/3Ww2GZO

1/4 cup yellow onions, minced
1/4 cup scallions, minced

3 salted eggs (peeled and quartered)

I omitted using hard boiled eggs altogether because the texture changed to nasty. Salted eggs is an aha(! )moment, why haven't I thought of that ? Thank you for sharing .

Can I use instant yeast?
Hello - I’d suggest using 25% less if you are using instant yeast - so 3/4 tsp instant yeast instead of 1 tsp active dry yeast. Hope this helps! 😊

Can you freeze it after it is steamed ? Or do you freeze it after you have formed the siopao without cooking it ?
We prefer to freeze it before steaming. But both will work. Hope this helps! 😊
@@cookingwithkurt , I did that, and it never rose. It stayed flat like a pancake. That’s why I asked whether to freeze before or after the siopao is formed.

I just finished making, and it was all good except that fact that I think I can taste the cornstarch not cooking. I hope that makes sense .how can I make it a way not to taste the cornstarch? Or maybe it is the baking powder?what did i do wrong ?

Asado pls.salted egg plus sausage too much sodium not too healthy ...but for healthy people no high blood pressure this is good just no msg
