Couple of things were missed here.
1. Attach the inner 4 bungee cords to each side to help pull the tent sides in when you fold the tent.
2. Attach the 4 fly sheets corners to the 4 corner toggles .... Again this stops the fly from billowing out when the tent is folded
I’ve got a aluminium hop up in my kit. Various uses and doubles as a seat, table, bbq stand, mini bar etc
Edit: folds to same size as your pantry step. A length of string on the zip pull to throw over makes opening/ closing easier.
Ah yeah the hop up is a good shout. I never though that being 6’3 wouldn’t be enough, but without it there’s no way i could reach the top of the tent 😂
Hi Chris, thanks for this video I have a Classic, but finding it too difficult to take down on my own. Have step ladders but still a struggle. So was looking at Lite 2.0 as an alternative .. certainly looks easier than Cargo. I'm not weak, i I just find the Cargo awkward to take down.
Glad to have helped. I always take things like that for granted being so tall myself, but while it does take longer, I do feel my XL is easier to pack down in that regard than cargo was… and i don’t mind that it takes a little longer.
What vehicle do you have?

When I got my tentbox, it didn’t come with outer straps, apparently I’ve got to contact tentbox and they are sending out different straps..
Hello! 👋🏻 Yes they changed the design last year so the outer cover no longer needs the straps. I believe that the extra straps they’re sending out is so you can fold up the cover while the tent is open 👍🏻

Hi Christopher i tried to put your name in when ordering my tentbox but it kept on coming up discount code invalid now before anyone says anything I did put your name in without any spaces it just wouldn't work so I would speak to them at tentbox because you are plugging a promotional code that is not working

I didn’t, but that’s a force of habit as I couldn’t leave it in with my old cargo

Yes you could leave sleeping bags in. Just be sure to fold them in half on the car side of the tent. Otherwise the sleeping bags may not fold and become a heap. It's then hard to fold the tent/pack away
No-one is mentioning the elephant in the rooms for me - the terrible Tentbox logo on the cover :( I'd prefer none, or a murdered out logoin dark grey perhaps. White and orange looks terrible.
Yeah i don’t see that as a negative as such in general. More of an “is what it is”. I believe it does attract more attention, both positive and negative, but personally i don’t see it as an issue, although I can appreciate others might, which is fair enough 👍🏻
@@ChocChipTravels yeah, I'm sure a lot of people are fine with it. It catches my eye all the time and I kinda like the stealthier look. Our Jeep is grey and we bought the slate coloured tent.

@@CognitiveComputation I believe the bolts are m8 (they were on both my cargo and the XL) but might be worth just dropping Tentbox a message to double check before you buy anything
