You did mention safety but only an idiot would get under a car the way you have the axle stands placed. You need to turn them 90 degrees so they don't slip off the sill lip, that's why the stand is v shaped
My car was stiffer yet I also installed coilovers and a roll bar around the same time. Hard to tell if and what was stiffening what. Yet it did help protect me bottoming out when my coils were too low. I have since raised the height of the car.
Excellent video. Thanks, man!
Thanks Jeff ! Great video.

I just installed one of my stiffeners. on the driver's side. I didn't remove the carpet. I just drilled through it and it worked out fine.
I normally hate tan Miata tops but on that car it looks sweet.

Great video and awesome roadster
Amazing video! Thank you!

thanks for the video
Great video Jeff.....lovely and clear, and nice sound and editing. Must have taken a while!
One question, can you install a brace between the rails?
At this time there is no option for a brace between the these rails yet.
Do you notice any improvement on shimmys or cowl shake?

Thanks Jeff really appreciate it, just put the tools you used during the video
Forgot to mention if the cutout goes to the front or back but looks like the cutout goes towards the front as far as my understanding
You installed the brackets backwards now the lines may slip off the bracket any moment.
My friend did his yesterday so far nothing has happened
my mx5's frame rails look identical on the right side as well. Lmao
that oil leak must be pretty serious if you are no where near the motor and are filthy from the beginning... lol
Torque and Power ??? I think you mean force !
leverage* my boy
yea but if your in the north rust is a thing...cant use supports u have to weld new tubing and all that fun stuff XD
First....Let's degrease and wash the underside of the car! ;)
Those are brake lines
You are 1/4 right. One line does go to the brakes. Other 3 to and from the gas tank.
thanks for the video.
