Mr. Ken. Ive just finished baking the rolls. It's 4:00 in the AM. I've just came off the road from Cleveland. Couldn't sleep, So I tried this recipe. They came out GREAT. Tks for sharing.😁
Thanks Ken, love the recipes for one or two, please keep posting. You have a fantastic way of teaching, easy and clear directions. Lots of love and light for you and your wife!
I've never baked with yeast before and made these! They turned out perfect and delicious! So full of flavor and light and fluffy! I used 2% milk and 1 package rapid rise instant yeast as substitutions. I had to add a little more flour. I also used an egg wash before baking instead of brushing with oil. I felt like I didn't knead the dough enough but it worked out just fine. I didn't use the oven light method either because I live in South Florida, I just set the dough outside in the 80 degree heat. Thanks so much! I'm ready to bake anything now!
I can’t believe you let them rise outside. That’s awesome! Wish I was in Florida! I’m in Texas and the weather is cold then hot. I wouldn’t be able to do that.
I ran across your RUclips channel just recently. Since that I have made these rolls on several occasions. I never knew yeast rolls were so easy to make. I use my stand mixer for about 6 minutes to knead the dough and I use a mini loaf pan that holds eight and they always come out amazing. Thanks for the content and I will be following you from now on. God bless.
I saw your small choc cake video, this morning, and I made it this afternoon. It turned out fantastic!!! Now I think I'll try making you yeast dinner rolls. They look fantastic, also. Keep em coming. Thx.
Super nice recipes! I tried this one and turned out perfect. Ken is good at explaining and showing how the dough should feel and that is the trick. I even tried his bread machine recipe on my old Kenwood BM150 and it worked great. Thanks, Ken!
Thank you for sharing this. It is so difficult sometimes to bake for two because a lot of recipes have you make enough for an army and I don’t think freezing bread ever comes out well.
I have found your channel by accident nd an hooked. Subscribed immediately. I love how you make these recipes just got two. I am a nearby at baking and if the recipes don't come out good I don't lose too much ingredients and or 💰. So thank you for your recipes. They are God sent
Hi Ken, I'm trying to find your Sweet Potato Bread recipe - I made it once after your video, it turned out very good! Can't find it now!😳And btw, a really nice channel! All things we Love about the States: homey and sweet:)). Thank you!

Please...Ken, don't ever take this video down! I have a feeling I'll need to go back to it a lot! I LOVE the way u seem to make things easier for us older folks, & that includes me...lol!
@Ken Click Hi again, making another wonderful recipe of yours! I have a small issue, powdered milk, can I replace with room temp liquid milk instead, if so what ratio for this recipe! Thanks as always for putting smiles on faces at the dinner table! :) XX
I made a whole mess of these for Christmas 2021 due to our normal brown and serve rolls we had at Thanksgiving tasted different. Now I'm tasked with making rolls for the holidays!
I did it exactly as you show it. They became gorgeous and the most delicious of all the bread recipes I have made, thank you very much for the shared recipe ... and happy New Year😊😊
Those look so good! I've never made yeast rolls at home. I'll give it a try. 🤞 Have you ever talked about how you learned to cook. I'm sure others would be interested too.
I do hope you try the yeast rolls. They take a little time, but they are not hard make. I've never talked about how I learned to cook because I'm just a home cook who decided to make videos. Hope you like them. 🙂

These rolls sooooo delicious. Wishing I had one - or three - or six right this minute. Do they have a slightly sweet taste because of the sugar? I kinda hope so. I would slather the hot rolls with butter. Thanks for this recipe, which I will be trying very soon. Diane in NC

Hi Mr. Ken. I just found you. Made the dinner rolls for two in a bread machine, which were fantastic. Would like to try the yeast rolls for 2 in a bread machine. Can I use the same recipe for the bread machine? Thanks
@Ken Click Thanks, Ken, I enjoy watching your channel. I had some delicious yeast rolls in a restaurant that had kind of a salty almost sourdough texture. I've been trying to find a recipe like that. By the way my little 8 yr old grandson makes your pineapple upside down cake all the time all by himself. He loves to make your breakfast biscuts with me too. Keep the videos coming.
I would love to know what name brand is your bread machine? I'm wanting to get one. Thank you for all your recipes. I love rye bread and I watched you make that rye beead and I would love too give it a go.

Hi Ken: Thanks for your simple & fun recipes, especially for the biscuits & pan corn bread (still trying to get to no stick even at lowest heat, but came out tasting good-can't do your flip in pan). I tried all the biscuit ones (got my brother doing biscuits now-did some today-he's hooked). The yeast rolls recipe: can't find powder milk, what can I use if have only 2% or whole milk or do I leave it out? Also, the pan you use, didn't see you grease it with anything. I don't have that type of glass-like pan, what can I use & do I grease/butter it to proof dough first? Thanks

I didn't use a measuring spoon, so it was more than a tea spoon. A tablespoon would be about right.
