Vinegar works wonders in bread dough. It helps the bread to rise better and fluffier and creates a moister crumb and a delicious flavor. If you use 2 1/2 tsp of yeast then add in the same amount of vinegar. The vinegar help dough rise like a dough enhancer
Would love to see more recipes, subscribed and going to check for more videos! I’d be interested in seeing you share your cinnamon rolls as well, thank you for the delicious and thoughtful video!
Simple??? Maybe for someone who's made it several times before. I'm new to this. I need exact measurements. I'm not sure how much flour was even used here... I'm sure her rolls are wonderful, but this recipe was a bit hard to follow, for me at least.
At the beginning she gives a list of ingredients and throughout the video she mentions exactly the amount she adds again of each ingredient. I wrote the ingredient list and anything that I missed I found during the video. Nice video, calm gentle instructions and clear detail. Lovely video!
Hi Kathy, I really enjoyed your video! I think I might be able to tackle these yeast rolls. I hope you do decide to continue with your You Tube channel. You certainly have a wonderful talent for cooking--easy to follow. You might always put the recipe below the video in the show more section. I really like to watch the video to see how it is made, then get the recipe and try to do it like you demonstrated. I subscribed. Good luck!
Relaxing voice that made it easy to listen to and can’t wait to try your recipe and technique. I wish we had a large kitchen that we could get together to make bread. I think it would take some of the fear away. I have heard that the chlorine in your tap water can interfere with your yeast as can the salt. You just added the salt to your flour and so there was nothing to take any risk. I am going to try your recipe and technique. Love homemade rolls and after we make the bread I will freeze the rolls. Will share this recipe and share your channel. Thanks! ❤
Love the flour sifter, any idea where that may be purchased? Also, the biscuit cutter looks to be similar to a size of a small can of tomato paste.....I’m loving the size and ease of getting the biscuits cut. I’m sure I can purchase a cutter but I like the size, was thinking if it is about the same size I’ll perhaps just cut top and bottom from a small tomato paste can. If it begins to be a bit overused then recycle and create another :) Lovely recipe, easy to follow and ingredients usually in most pantries/refrigerators. Interesting tip regarding the biscuits staying longer than the cinnamon rolls, I wonder if it might be the difference in thickness?
The rolls are the best they’re so tender and so easy to make. You are a great teacher 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Good job
Would love the cinnamon roll video.
I like your teaching skills, slow and not rushed. For sure I’ll be doing it your way. Can I make them into knots, butter them n bake them?

That's a new one to me I'm definitely going to try it
THANKS....
Yes, vinegar is a dough enhancer and I add it to my Artisan Italian breads too.
I’ve never heard of that.
I’m definitely going to try it later today! So glad I found this video. 😁

Loved it
Love the recipe.
1st time I ever saw anyone cut the rolls out instead of pinching them and rolling them
Looks like it saves time

What would be wrong with putting the yeast in warm milk instead of water?
Thank
Your pony tail is in the dough!
I know! I saw that too!
Hope there’s no hair in her rolls!
LMAO 😆
Just joking! 🙄
Love what you doing but keep your hair out of the dough
Exactly yucky
Please type out recipe in comments. Tried to jot it down but was not able.
Write a little bit down then put on pause, write some more and pause. If you have to rewind
I know it’s a pain in the A$$
That’s what I had to do.
receipe lease
Hey grannie, did you find any hairs in your rolls? Don’t know how many times you drug your hair over and around the bowl. Yuk
No need to be rude. You’re not looking for a good recipe Roll, you’re looking to critique. Sad.
Hey, if you want to eat hair, have at it. Remember you are putting yourself out there for criticism so don’t put it on me.
