I live in Palmer Alaska and have been a FGW fan for awhile now. I encourage you to visit Alaska during the summer months, you'll Love it here, Guaranteed.

A 1 week visit during June or July and you'll be hooked. Stay around the Matanuska Valley areas and the people here will blow your mind just how different they are.
four miles after I talked to you I broke the back strap on my gas tank on the washboard road. I spent the rest of the day ratchet strapping the tank back up and drove to Newberry. Thanks to the Ford dealership in I was back in action before the night. I didn't do as good as you as I am limited yet in how far I can walk especially on loose sand. When I get to the beach I just have to work where I am. Saturday I worked the spot Mike Pung did on Friday. Won't get it cleaned for a while but I did see gold
Don't forget to pick up the semi-precious stones washed ashore during the Winter. It could add to your revenue. Superior, Wisconsin was a good site when I tried it years ago. Now, I am in Nevada, a State filled with a cornucopia of minerals.
