These 3D Models are great if you want to have a better understanding of where Gold and black sand will drop out in a River or Creek. They can be adjusted to create just about any scenario you may encounter in the field so you will know where to look for Gold. Plus, with the use of Lidar, you can create a personalized model of an area that you are prospecting to get a more accurate reading on where the low-pressure zones will be. Don't forget to smash that like button and for more videos on reading a river to find Gold, just watch this video. ruclips.net/video/BgRmO93AMGM/видео.html Thanks

Jeff, you knocked it out of the park!!! This is the best educational 3-D model I have ever seen… for PLACER MINING!!! That took a lot of time and effort to make such a great display. Anybody beginning placer mining…. Just needs to watch this video. You don’t even need to purchase a book or read, you have more than covered all the bases. Thank you for your Time and all the detail…this is BEYOND AWESOME!!! I Gave you a SUPER SMASH on the LIKE BUTTON … For this one!!! So…C’mon Let’s Go!!!⛏️⛏️⛏️💯💯💯
I'm happy you revisited this Jeff , because this stuff never gets old , it is a general reminder of how to look for gold and where to look for gold in creeks and rivers , and sometimes we tend to forget when we're out in the field , and it all seems a bit daunting . But as long as we have the arsenal of knowledge in our heads , there's always a greater possibility to come up with the shiny . For anyone to come up with a model like that shows real dedication , good onya Brother ,Thanks again for the lesson .👌✅👍. Cheers Ned , from a land down under 🌏🦘🐨

Thanks Jeff for teaching us gold prospectors how to find that yellow stuff. This 3D placer gold model is a clever concept. I am from Australia and there is plenty gold here. All you have to do is find it. Thank you again. Harry.
Dang Jeff....this really is an awesome demonstration, thanks for the effort of doing this. Who knew that a paystreak may not be right behind a big boulder but past it a little. I just learned something today.
How calming is it just to watch the Video showing the Gold Traps in those catchments with the wonderful music 🎼 in the Background.. I think 🤔 you could post it in a continuous loop Jeff.. say Hi to Lila,Slim and Nevada Jack.. Cheers 🍻 Tony..
Jeff must have been reading my mind. I've been thinking about trying to find this video for a whole week and BAM! here it is. Thank you Jeff Williams 😊
This is one of the most awesome demonstrations of where and how to find gold, and why I have seen. This can be applied to literally anywhere, thanks for the time and effort you put into this for us rookies.
Man Jeff that is an awesome model to learn from!!!!! You’re the man bro thank you for this video man!!! I’m saving it to watch over and over so I can have a better understanding of how a river works 😎👍🏼….
I remember this hydro simulator from an earlier video. This teaching aid and the explanation by you while watching this happen is as effective I think as a pilot learning to fly in a flight simulator. This can throw any number of scenarios in your face and makes you understand what is happening. 👍🏻 🤠
Jeff this is the most informative and helpful video idea you’ve presented!!! Its easy to follow your terminology when you can see it happening. Love this.. I might get back out there armed with this knowledge!
Have not seen one of these sence Dave McCracon in 1985 . Good job sir thank you . I learned to pan from him. Never wash over the back of your material in the pan if you are going after flower gold. Well if you want to keep it in the pan . Blessings for this model

Man Jeff, this is a freaking incredible tool. I loved in your . Older vids and love it even more now. My business is fluid dynamic. This is a super illustration.
Models like yours would really help educate newcomers to the hobby. I hope there is someone did lidar over my favorite creek. It would be fun to make a model.
Love those 3d models. Novel to create situations to understand why geology does what it does (lol). Did these things for many years in my O&G exploration days as a geophysicist/geologist. So many great ideas and discoveries came from this.
I used to do this playing in the driveway when it rained. It was gravel and had tiny water puddles in placed. Id break the dam watch it drain. see how the sand and small rocks reacted to the water flow. it was a slow process. Taking 2-4 minutes to cover 20' maybe longer. I was supposed to be putting coarse gravel from the edge or sides . Putting it in the water puddles . It was 2" or less deep of clear water. With really fine sand. Made from driving over the gravel. There were 4-5 different sizes if gravel. From a salt or sugar sand. Crushed quartz and granet. So it was light grey to white. With gravel if a few small pieces of quartz , mostly granet. It was from 2" but mostly worn down, to 1" to pea and rice size pieces. The sand was where you drive. Eith coarse gravel in the center and edges. It reminds me of the dry salt lakes. They would fill in yhe rain and id drain them. I could spend hours doing that. Some times id dam up the narrows. So i could do it again. And put little mounds of sand in the "rivers" to be cleared by the water. When i broke the dam. And watch it move the sand and tiny pieces of gravel or pieces of wood from the trees. Or leaves. Pine needles, maybe a part of a toy i dropped and was ran over. I really liked seeing the sand build up in some areas, yetbe slowly removed from others. I wasn't in 1st grade yet. And it eas barely the 80s in the woods of NC, there wasn't much to do, especially when it rained!😅 The driveway was about 1/2 mile, maybe 3/4 mile. I had anout the 1/8th of it roughly to play in tmwhen it rained. I couldnt go further alone. And it was the only place that flat, that started a slight decent. Only about 12"-18" over about 500'-600' by then it was grassy yard for anout 300'. Nothing to do there in the rain.. awesome video. Brings back memories, i completely forgotten about that. Probably haven't thought about it in 30 years plus. Thanks, and hole the new year is HAPPY!🎉
