    2-Breakfast bw 8:30 9:00
    Oats paratha with a lot of vegetables or 7 paratha or any oats recipe
    3-mid morning snack any fruits with 5 almonds before 11
    4-lunch 1:30-2:00
    Protine salad
    boiled chhole tamatar pyaz anion cucumber french beans Ginger green chili coriander roasted peanuts black salt chaat masala bhuna jeera powder
    Black paper powder with lemon juice with any daal and salad
    4-buna chana or makhana
    5-soya chunks
    Jeera dnaniya pawder
    Lahsan pyaz tamatar namak
    grind it
    Add pest in soya chunks with salad
    Or any dinner recipes
    Or capsicum fried
    Or
    Any soup and a lot of salad
    6-Night drink is jeera tea

    मैं मेरा तो रूटीन वर्क सुबह 4:00 बजे जगता हूं और 5:00 बजे जिम चला जाता हूं 1 घंटे एक्सरसाइज करता हूं वहां से आ गए एक गिलास शॉप का पानी पीता हूं एक घंटा कुछ नहीं खाता एक घंटा के बाद दो रोटी मल्टीग्रेड रोटी खाता हूं 1:00 बजे के आसपास चने का सत्तू पीता हूं 4:00 बजे कुछ ना कुछ खा लेता हूं और रात को 9:00 बजे बदाम की लस्सी पी लेता हूं तो मैम मैंने तो 5 से 7 किलो वजन कम करा है मुझको मैम कमजोरी महसूस होती ही नहीं

    3rd September 2024 = 103 kg
    24 sept. 2024 = 98.50 kg

    Dinner at 6:30 can be very difficult for majority office goers.. please let us know if we finish having dinner within 9:30 ..will the same diet chart work? I return home at around 9pm.. it’s not possible to carry all the 3 meals to office. I can fast for 16 hours but the concern is the eating timings. please help in this matter.

    Mai 6 p.m tak dinner kar lati ho phir morning mai 10 a.m first meal lati ho but mugha night mai 8.00 8.30 p.m bohot taag bhook lag aati hai to us time kya la sakta hai jissa mai us time mai kuch khana sa bach paoo us time bohot bhookh lagti hai mai 16:8 fasting kar rahi ho

    As u said we don’t have to eat for 14 hrs.. this time can be managed according to us.. I mean if we eat dinner by 8pm and open the 14 hr window we can have breakfast at 10am
