Best Bibingka recipe | Bibingka baked in Air fryer oven

Tried Chef Rv Manabat's famous bibingka recipe.
Bibingka is a classic Filipino rice cake that we eat during the Christmas season. It is sold after the simbang gabi.
Ingredients:
1 cup glutinous rice flour
1 ½ cups rice flour
½ cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk
4 eggs
¼ cup melted butter
¼ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. instant yeast
1 cup grated cheese
Topping
salted eggs
melted butter
sugar
grated coconut
** do not to overfill the batter in the mold so it wont overflow.
bake for 10-15 minutes before topping with salted egg.
