  • This episode is a really special one for so many reasons. I am neurodivergent and raising a child who is autistic, therefore, promoting neurodiversity is something I am so super passionate about.
A lot of the time we think about an autism diagnosis and children, but there are so many adults who are undiagnosed, and if and when they do get that diagnosis it's a journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance and sometimes fear. Lee Chambers is a British Psychologist, entrepreneur, and speaker. He was hit with an autoimmune condition that completely changed his world and in this episode, you will hear all about it.
He is the founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing - one of the UK's leading workplace well-being specialists. Lee was named a Marie Claire Future Shaper 2022 and is someone who is passionate about conscious leadership, equality of health opportunity, and menopause awareness.
