Wow wrote this comment one month ago and I’ve been doing this once a week and HUGE IMPROVEMENTS FINALLY. I actually got through the whole thing and did every exercise (with one break in the middle) woo!
Can you do more workouts? Maybe a speed and agility one, my boys love this and your hip mobility workout.
