  • This is a great lower body leg workout for hockey players! Set up your phone and follow along through the whole thing with me! Let me know how it goes!

      Wow wrote this comment one month ago and I’ve been doing this once a week and HUGE IMPROVEMENTS FINALLY. I actually got through the whole thing and did every exercise (with one break in the middle) woo!
