Hey I just got on a travel team for 14u I was wondering if I did this workout for once a day every week would I be able to keep up with all the boys? And will I be able to get faster doing this?

Hi I was doing box jumps in my basement and I kept smashing my head in the ceiling, the cieling is 6 feet in the basement and I'm 6foot and jumping higher then that, I could not figure out how to do the jumps without smashing my head.
@@TitoJr666 I did jump ropes outside and accidently stragled myself with the rope so I'm not alloud out anymore but I still cant figure out why if I'm 6 foot 2 and my ceiling is 6 feet why I hit my head when I box jump
