Originally, the cellar area was used as the stables.......later used as winery....
The cellar was built underground in the 2000s. There is also the above-ground cellar that is located where the tower was in ancient times.
Hi!!! Loved the property but I wish the video showed more. I want to see it online with many pictures. Other living places bedrooms main house and guest house. Also the staff quarters. Is there a pool??? Pictures of the production area and where the bottles get sold. Is there a wine tasting area??? This is very beautiful and it has me thinking. I look forward to see it online.

Hi, we usually post smaller properties but occasionally we go a little further. There are channels in Italy that also publish much more expensive properties. However, many real estate portals, they share the video right from youtube. However, we can tell you that, we have had requests through youtube for properties for sale in Italy priced at 7 million euros... strange but true.
Not that the agent needs help answering, but anyone interested could reach out through normal realty contacts, and now they have a detailed video of the property to show qualified buyers before they fly over for a personal view.
Ha ha - most of us are just enjoying 'how the other half live' - a wealthy lifestyle !! But I do not see 120,000 bottles of wine being enough profit to support this place & the lifestyle ! How much actual profit per bottle could you expect - at $10 that's only 1.2Million income, is that enough? higher per bottle ? The rentals might make a difference of course. Any problem with drought ? A lot of questions for any buyer !
@@veronicaroach3667 right... the production can go up to 200,000 bottles and there is also the tourist rental villa but the owner is quite elderly and the company needs new brains. the starting base is there and for those with entrepreneurial skills can only excel.
