I didn't enjoy the way the video was made, it is like a puzzle, I do not know where it begins or ends, which building is being shown, or which floor they are. I love the terrain.

I loved this house from the first sight. I went there to visit and buy it, I made the offer, owner agreed. Perfect word. I asked for an inspection before signing and sending the money, from this date, the realtor dissapeared. Don't do any kind of business with this guy. He turns your dream in nightmare.

This house is a total gut job. The only positive points are the gardens and the view. That's it. Bathrooms are terrible in size, layout, and finishes. Kitchen is practically non-existent, the type of kitchen you would find in a mono-locale. Bedrooms don't make sense. Storage is wasted. It's too bad. It could be made into something nice, but it will take a LOT of money to reconfigure and even more if you want to connect the pieces correctly. The price should be about half, as it will take at least 300-700K to fix it to where it would be practical, depending on the finishes.

Horribly overpriced. Especially with the lack of detail on the wine business, the type and quality of wine produced. It’s a minimum of 2-2.5 million euros for renovations based on the scale of the project. There are a number of large scale vineyards for sale or recently sold which were dramatically more attractive from a price perspective.

I would love liked to have seen more of the details of the villa it looks immense from the outside, but by what you showed, the living space looked limited.

House needs a complete rebuild. Tiny baths, useless kitchen, tiny doorways, tiny rooms, no real living space and no pool, have to go outside to go upstairs. The view is GREAT, but no u cant walk to the coast. its further than it appears.
