Very interesting property. Lovely home and land. Plus the outbuildings.
The camera work is sorry to say - awful. So much is missed. He did the kitchen but missed the dining area with the wood burning oven etc, just bypassed it to focus on the host. Get the guy out of all of views and let him speak in the background. Let the camera man do a slower video and show the property.

Try living in the states. I live in a small mountain ski resort town in northern Idaho. I bought our property for $415,000 3 years ago. It’s worth 1.6 million now. It’s out of control.
This is a very rich part of Italy, at today's rate 1 euro to 1 USD = 1.09...Even money.....€630,000....if inclusive meaning tax, surcharge, contracted.......some updating.....
Beautiful house ... but it's the most chaotic house inside that I have ever seen... books, sofas, and chairs literally EVERYWHERE 😅
I find it to be the most logical setup of homes compared to what I have looked at in Southern Italy. I am sure they are not selling it with the furnishings. Northern Italy has some of the best laid out properties around. I would however hate to see the tax rate of Northern Italy. The Government here in Greece want to penalize individuals who have homes over 100 sq meters. They carry on the tradition and logic of the ottomans who occupied Greece for over four centuries. Politicians however and their buddies can get away with owning large and many properties.
I wonder if it has a cantina below the home? Perfect for a wine cellar if there is one.

You made me fell in love (with this house). But that's not the first time you did that. 😊 If I ever win the lottery and this or such a house is for sale, you have a possible buyer with me. I also like your ideas about the upgrades to the rooms and the dependace. Although I like the idea of having a garage or a carport also. Something that provides shade and protection for a car ( or two).
