Accom in Sanur, along with all of the tourist areas in Bali has become ridiculously expensive. Post covid, Renon was recommended to me by a local as an alternative to stay. It exceeded my expectations! I don't need to be beach side, and Renon has everything I need. I love staying amongst the locals. Great video once again Gary 🙏🙏
Yes Renon really does have more to offer than Sanur and is still reasonably priced property as it id not known by touristts yet.

Hey Gary, terrific content on tonight’s video. I hadn’t heard of Renon before this video. I have just returned to Australia from 2 weeks in Legian. I will definitely check out this area for a long term rental.
I will show you more in future videos Renon is a good choice of area to consider if you are looking for more reasonably priced accommodation compared to Sanur.

Yes i have contacts but message me just before you are coming or when you arrive in bali i will provide you with details. I already spoke already to a girl that finds property but she said contact her when you are close or already in Bali. Villas & property come and go so quickly .

I don't know usd but current price is 110 million maybe negotiable depending on how long you take the rental

Most properties are yearly rental, unless you are looking for like a small local 1 bedroom style accommodation that can range from 2-3 million per month. Take a look on tiktok @kosanbali for cheap monthly rentals around all areas of Bali

Is Renon considered an upper class area by the Balinese?
Renon is where many government buildings are located and offers true residential areas, there are many really big houses in Renon. I will show more of what Renon has to offer

@@tomsmum2003 just very old style house. Many houses like this and people pay for new kitchen & bathrooms to get a more ideal house this size in sanur would be 350-400 million per year
