Another great video Gary 😊 As previously stated, I really love Renon. I think it will increase in popularity as Sanur prices go through the roof. Another area where there is a lot of construction taking place is Tabanan. Quite a few are house and land packages, and whilst they are not multi level properties, they are well constructed and very well priced.
Yes tabanan is now seeing a property boom. I only encorage people to stay in major tourist locations if money is no object. People need to stop encouraging the over-inflated prices and do their research before paying crazy prices for land & property.
Exactly-prices will continue to increase whilst people are happy to pay over inflated prices.

@@AlbyMangels-q9n if you are looking for value for money then look at Renon as Sanur property attracts a tourist area premium price. Renon is so close to Sanur.

Renon offers true residential areas and a lot better value for money land and property prices than Sanur and some Renon areas are only 3-5km from Sanur

I think this are being built for someone, that is what peopls tend to do here in Bali buy or lease the land then build their own house. Some companies build properties for sale and or rental.
