I have arthritis in my shoulders, relaxing them when exercizing is a struggle. PT always yelling at me to relax my shoulders. This video was actually more helpful for me to understand what I was doing wrong. Thanks!

I would be interested in hearing about your other tattoos, their significance to you, perhaps how old you were when you got each one. I can’t even tell what some of them are. Bobby’s too.

This is awesome! I have had a subluxing shoulder since I was 17, and my mobility in that thing is so bad. The more hours I work (in that forward position you mentioned…the worse it gets!) I will definitely try these! Thank you so much Boss Bae!
I have shoulder problems.. need shoulder replacement surgery and I’m only 56. It’s from hyper mobile syndrome.. I’m not getting surgery because exercise is healing and helpful. I’m a children’s Hairstylist and get tendinitis sometimes.. This video gave me more insight on what to do .. thank you thank you so much. You rock .
More training videos please, I love this! Could you do a backpacking training one? I did one backpacking trip this past spring and felt like I should’ve trained. Other than carrying a pack while hiking, what exercises would you do to prepare for your next thru hike? Thanks!

How often did you exercise at camp on the PCT or during zeros?
Not at all! 😅😅 honestly I thought I would have or even do some stretching but never did. I always felt busy working on videos or journaling.
