Yes. Eat protein and fat too. Fat keeps you satisfied. So, fatty steaks like rib-eye are good (chuck steaks are cheaper, though). Avoid sugars of all kinds. Limit your carbs. Carnivore diet is very satisfying. Keto is good too, but you have to watch your carbs. Anyway, hope this helps. I haven't been on the carnivore diet for long, but I don't get hungry like I used to (once I got through the sugar withdrawals). LOL

Bossbae, I noticed at the terminus your defined leg muscles. Knowing that you lift from your previous videos, I'm curious if you felt like you lost muscle on your journey? Seems like stepping up the protein is a good idea? Birdcall, I could watch you paint all day and I even paint with watercolor! I love how you are talking about the painting process while we see you painting. Is the market every weekend?

I laughed about starting with the light...I do both soft pastels and watercolor and they are complete opposites...start with the dark for pastels, and preserve the paper and start with the lights for watercolor. And hey, life is not worth living without bacon 🥓😂

Bobby critiquing his art and I'm still just amazed at how Bobby, or any artist, can take a blank sheet and just use shading and contrast to create a vision, especially people or characters. Thanks for continuing to share and allowing us to intrude on your lives a bit.

Watercolors are the opposite thinking from oils. In oils light get punched in last but watercolor take more pre thought. Transparent light layering. You’re a great illustrator!!

Eat more Fiber!!! Definitely a struggle for most Americans….It’s what fills your belly, brain and blood. Whole grains too, they have proteins too so win win, like quinoa, farro, etc.

So enjoy watching Bobby paint and explain the process.

Would you ever go on a trip with a group of us to Colorado Elk Hunt. We backpack in and then hike/hunt 9-11 miles a day. Think about a price to come along and document the trip with Roberts watercolors. That would be amazing to have it documented.
