    Another change I would love to see is when logging in the game we should go straight to the hideout (if the campaign is finished) instead of town.

    Absolutely on-point and relateable. So many basic QOL things are missing, things that were invented long ago, but somehow went over GGG devs heads.

      I think GGG knows them very well. They just have a diferent philosophy than us. Also, they have a bunch of better priorities that we don't know between daily development and PoE2. As a player, I think we should point them out and let them decide what to do with them and when.

    Great video, insta subbed.
    Quick thing about why you can't split currency in a trade window - the way the game handles trades is it essentially makes a copy of your entire inventory right before you enter the trade window, and only "copies" the results of the trade into your inventory once both players have pressed accept. If one or more players exit the window without pressing accept, their inventories revert to how they were before the trade window was opened. Thus, you can't modify your inventory during a trade because it's not actually your inventory, it's a temporary copy that exists only for the duration of the trade window being open.

    The list is fantastic, good work. The only thing I want to add is a sort-button in stash and inventory. Last epoch did this really well.

    I totally agree with most things except #12, when you come to my hideout for trading have your bloody currency ready, I don't want to wait 5 mins for you to get the shiat.If you are unable to plan your stuff then it is copium time.

    one good think will be if currency go straight to stash, everytime i kill harbinger i have full inventory of currency shits, also fragments and another shits full inventory fast.

    enabling add-ons/mods like so many other games would fix so many annoyances and improve quality of life without having us to ask GGG to do it for us. Let the community code their own little things like custom minimap, move/resize/recolor any window, popup, hp bar, etc. There already are some like trade or lab overlays but that's too limiting....but yeah, some things like zooming out more will never be allowed i'm sure as it would make us less surprised to get jumped by monsters like now, it's what they want, to give us mini heart attacks every pack.

      I wanted to do a video about Add-ons many times... I think they are a double edge sword. A balance between giving players choice but also letting them do the work for you. I would not like every game to end up as WoW, while i also find a lot of stuff really useful. 0:02

    Please share this everywhere, and it's not like ggg doesn't know about all of this, they do and they just choose to hold us hostage for absolutely no reason, some might say they feed on our pain.

      Well, they are the owners of the product and it's their right to do changes based on their own philosophy, even if not all of them align with the player's. Then, we can discuss if that's better for them or not. I think is a thin line where they should give some and avoid some. BUT, we are not hostages, you can play other things and come back whenever you fill like it. Diablo 4 is now in beta, and launches in 3 weeks. Last Epoch is running. Etc. If at the end of the day, between all this options you keep wanting to play PoE, something right they must have done. Also, wait for ExileCon, PathOfExile 2 will come with a lot of changes like this I'm pretty sure. Not all, but some.
      Sorry for the long response, maybe you were joking a little hyperbolic =P

      @Mako and Moka thank you for your response, sir 🙏 now to elaborate a little bit more on the holding us hostage statement, its in proximity to QoF features and not actually playing the game, I personally know many people that have tried playing poe and didn't quit at the beginning, but the daunting nature of the game alongside the lack of many of the quality of life features that many of the arpg games have solved are simply lacking, made them quit, I say this because I value both poe and ggg as a company, and I know for sure our game has tremendous potential to reach even more people and make us hard-core fans enjoy even more, what's in store remains to be seen, and amma have to say it here, may poe2 answer to all our issues.... or at least the majority of em.

      @@nidus9997 In that case, I 100% agree with you. We've gotten used to a lot of QoL improvements that are missing over the years but for new players those are cryptonite. I can see PoE becoming more friendly to new players without changing the game itself. Just by investing in more QoL and UI systems.

      @@makoandmoka absolutely sir, I myself have a good feeling bout poe and its future as a franchise, I know for sure many of the current issues will be solved in due time, let's not forget that ggg has been hard working/developing two separate games simultaneously, something that requires very large budgets as well as the large majority of the development staff, the way I see it, after poe2 launches the first 6 months will be focused on balance patches as well as bug 🐛 fixing, after that we will gradually be introduced to new and fresh content.

    Here's some hinted or confirmed one for PoE2:
    - #6: no gems in items pog

    - #18 I know they said in 2019 that PoE2 will have a wider field but I am nto sure if that's still true
    I'd love to see a potential Mini Map redesign from you!?

      This is an old video and It's pretty funny to me that A LOT of these changes were actually implemented recently!
      Not sure if PoE 2 has wider FoV or the character is a little bit smaller, but it definitly feels better for some reason. Could also be that monsters are slower so you have more react time.
      Mini-map redesign... interesting idea. I may give it a shot! Thank you!

    sort of related to #26, I wish they'd let you equip mtx without having stuff in those slots equipped, entirely so my Hollow Palm levellers don't have their fleshy little hands sticking out of whatever cool armor set I got going on

    Auto leveling gems is not enabled because often you don't want to level a gem higher. This works for auras, triggers and Spells that should be triggerd

    I honestly wouldnt mind if they replaced every 4th league or something with pure QoL updates. Just rocusing on removing/improving anniying/unfun/painful parts of the game.

    edit: No worries this is peak humour. But I did freaking love your presentations. The rant about monster spitting action was golden. And generally there were a lot of good ideas, which in my opinion could be in line with GGGs vision. Though I don't know about the extra inventory space, it might be by design we take the least possible but feasible amount of loot out from maps, or we could fill our stashs with more garbage.

      Also, it's true that inventory space is designed with certain balance. But im willing to lose columns to gain rows. I think, based on the amount of slots the items have and their disposition, that the inventory could benefit from this.

    Why is walk not the default left click??? And why when I change something my inventory does the skill I have allocated on left click change back to default attack so the next map I do I am default attacking everything, seemingly stuck in place??? So fucking annoying!!! Good list thanks man.

      Is not about clicking it and using the keys. It's about awareness of information. Having all elements closer to the middle of the screens means you can glance over the current status of your character more easily. It's normal practice in UX design, and it's based on human behavier and field of view.

    the last one i the worst one i unfortunately place my stash perfectly so that every time i click to my map device from the stash inventory it always take me to my crafting bench and i am not fucking going in standard to move it 3 pixels away how many time have i tried to open my map device after dumping everything and was taken away to this cursed crafting bench i cant take it anymore i even took the habit of flicking my mouse to where the map device is gonna be and blindly click that spot just to fix that shit

    i aggre about the currency stash, using like crafting, i mean, almost all the craft piece are there, why not put the button and using like bench?, another point, more enemy variety, not the same recolored spit stupid insect or spider, whe know spider are in all places, but, at least, another model, not color

    i think you missed one big thing that will help a lot and thats giving all mechanics their own little icon in maps. the rogue exiles with items have an icon, the boxes for legion do, why do strongboxes and harbys and other things like that not have a minimap icon? we literally have specific icons for it and its already used in the mini map for other shit so why not use them for all of it?

The invetory space is too much you want to go from 5x12 to 6* 15 50 % more inventory also the thumnail not necessary i just click to see if it's a garbage video i was suprised it was a good video you don't need that dumbclick bait thumb also kitava don't have boobs so total nonsense XD

      Regarding the thumbnail, I wish I didn't have to. I put a lot of effort in my videos, this one was a quick one... go check the "I DESIGNED AN UI FOR RIOT MMO" for example. The reality is I dislike clickbait thumbnails but if you look at the statistics the CTR benefits you A LOT by doing this. Even you that don't like clickbaits went and check, imagine others! I can put a lot of effort in a video but if nobody watches it...
      Hopefully, some day this will not be necesary, one can dream.

    what about the 300 heist quests that you have to hold in your inventory and you cant stash? Make them quests. Like in the campaign. Or the endgame quests: follow the searing exarch, follow maven, complete the labyrinth. You find a heist stash and instead of droping an item it gives you a quest. Why am I not allowed to have inventory space? WTF

      Never thought of this one. I like it honestly... maybe let us stash them? Not sure why they are locked in the inventory. I don't do heist so i just drop it like that Chitu's Plum item in the campaign.
