I have right sided gluteus minimus tendinosis and right sided adductor tendinitis for over 10 yrs and labral tear. Just started PT at a location with a pool, but the pool has not been available for last 2 sessions. The whole reason I chose this location was for the pool. I believe they are overworking my exercises as the pain got way worse, especially the adductor tendinitis. I am going to join a local recreation center with a pool and try some of these exercises and go slowly. Thank you for this. I used to love doing pool exercises over 10 years ago. This workout you do is definitely a great one!
Wishing you the best with your recovery. Once doctor has cleared you, doing exercises in the water is a great way to rehab your body to both strengthen and improve your range of motion.
Reading the comments really helped. 😂. I couldn’t hear you, but it was a great workout. I now see I needed both my ear buds. I just checked and it worked! I’ll be doing this workout again. 😎💖
I was diagnosed with MS too, and my doctor has suggested me to use pool exercises o regain mobility. I just hope this will help me in managing the symptoms.
Thank you so much! I appreciate you letting me know. If you have any muscle groups or exercises you would like to see in the future, please leave those as comments and I'll do my best to incorporate what I can. :-)
Hi, rehabbing from my LTH 7/26/23, RTH 10/29/21. God its a process...I wish Orthopods would be more honest with how you are going to feel,( even though they do have you up and walking after surgery,) the recovery is long, and everyone is different. being in the pool feels the best, thankful that this rehab will help. Still dealing with psoaz tendonitis on the rt hip which is beyond frustrating.. not giving up yet...Thanks Stacy
If you can't hear the voice, it is typically the ear buds (if you were using them). You need to use both and sometimes there can still be issues...not sure why.
Very informative with clear instructions and close up view. Thanks a lot ! I will try
Great workout Feels so much better even after one session
So happy to hear. One day at a time, right?

Going to try this. 9 weeks out from TKR. This looks doable and knee feels great in water.

Yes, not sure why but this one had some issues with the ear bud wearers. Great detective work!
❤
Thank you. Great and relaxing workout ❤😊
Thank you so much for this. It will compliment my other workouts. I was diagnosed with MS 40 years ago and exercise is key to managing symptoms.♥️
You're welcome. I, too, have an AI and find that exercise makes me feel so much better.

Checking in to see how you have recovered / are recovering. I know it can be a long process and sometimes very frustrating. Wishing you the best.
I could not hear your voice just the music. Great instruction tho by closed captions!!!

I love you Stacy❤😅
❤❤❤❤thx
How deep is the water where you do these exercises?
I have a sloping pool bottom. It can be as shallow as 3 feet and I go to a depth of 4 feet for my workouts.
