You don't need to be a Wiccan or pagan to cast a circle and invoke the Elemental energies of the Four Corners.
This is a simple guided ritual where we will invoke the Four Quarters of the Terrestrial sphere. The circle will be our temple, a sacred place to practice magic, meditations and spells. Calling the quarters is a way to purify the space and invite protection into our ritual.
Also known as the Watchtowers or Guardians, the quarters are spirits that rule over each direction: north, east, south, and west. Each is associated with one of the four classical elements: earth, air, fire, and water.
As we've seen in the Circle Visualization exercise, you don't need any tools to cast a magic circle, and it can be done anytime. However, for a more elaborate ritual, you may use these tools:
Your wand or athame
A bowl of salt
A white candle
A glass of water or your chalice
And some incense of any kind
There are traditions of witches that use a wand to cast a circle, and others that use an athame or sword. For solitary practice, you should choose the one which feels right to you. If you have a specific spellwork in mind, choose an incense that matches your intention, and add extra candles if needed.
We will set this on the floor, but it can be done on any surface. Practice candle safety.

can i cast the circle without a wand or blade?
love it! for me, when closing, I don't always want to leave the place I cast a circle the way it was before so when closing I will say, " ...leave this place with the intensions set."

you'll usually need another 2 circules 15cm of radius larger than the principal circle didnt?
as you'll usually enter the circle from north gate and then close the gate

You don't need a compass. The sun rises in the east and sets in the west. Go outside of your house at dawn and look to the position of the sun. Once you know where the east is you can work out the rest. If you face east and turn 90 degrees to your left, that is the North. If you turn 90 degrees to your right, that is the south. If you start in the West (opposite of east) then it's reversed. North will be 90 degrees to your right and south will be 90 degrees to your left.

Protective circle protects the summoner but what about the other people in our house who will not even know about our ritual? Are they in danger? And how can we protect them?
A circle is about containment as much as it is protection. It has been explained to me as a sort of dome around the area that concentrates the energies that are being worked within the precise location that the rite is being performed, both for the sake of the potency of the rite and preventing unintended consequences.

Do i need to cast a circle everytime i make a spell or spell jar? If yes, can i do that on altar table?

Why north I’d earth, south is fire and so on? I have different associations but would like to know why Wicca associate them this way.
Great question! The associations here are taken from Western Hermeticism (before Wicca, i.e. Golden Dawn). They come from the four Enochian Tablets which became the four Watchtowers in the work of S.L. MacGregor Mathers.
However, Wicca is a very personal practice so if they don't work for you, you can change them. There are many different Pagan groups that use different associations. Wicca is about being in touch with Nature so it's best that the associations reflect what you see and feel around you.

Can I pray and talk to my guardian Angel inside of the casting circle and if yes how much more affective can the prayer be
You may want look into the LBRP if you are using angels. As a real witch/pagan, I’m not sure why you’d include an angel as it’s a Christian thing, but Goetic magic makes use of such.

We have to visualise the elements and energy like water earth air fire are on the north east west south? Do we ahve jst visualise this or shoudl we put resoective items in also in physical form? If everything is just visualisation then where amd whats the point of incense and cancle where to place them? Any dircwton? Inside protective circle or outside?
Wicca is a highly personalized practice. There is no set or "right" way to do something. You can draw a circle, or you can imagine it. You can have incense, candle, mirror, salt, or you can have colored candles to match the elements, or crystals to represent them, or simply visualize the elements. They can be outside as a boundary, or inside the circle, or on the lines itself. You do not even need to be in the circle, as I cast mine upon my altar so that I may contain the energies there and do my spellwork on a table.
Wicca is about being connected to nature, and your intuition is part of nature. If you feel the items must be real, have real items. If you feel that the ideas are enough, then visualize them fiercely inside yourself and bring them forth.
I know this answer is late, and many people who leave strict and organized religions often need that rigidity. If you do, write down these questions you have, then either search Wiccan spaces or use your intuition and set your own ritual. This "making it your own" is core to many Wiccans, and is why many write their own book of Shadows.

Do i need to draw a physical circle
No, it's not necessary to physically draw the circle but if it helps you to focus then you can do it. Use salt, chalk, stones, or a floor mat

You are welcome to celebrate Samhain! It marks the end of the Witches Calendar (the New Year) and it's an observance of ancestors, renewal and the thinning of the veil between this world and the other.

What's the point in casting a circle
In Wicca, the circle is a container to hold the energy raised during ritual. It acts as a space between the worlds, too, giving the caster and the spirits a place to meet in the middle.

You can reuse them. You can also bless or consecrate each item before the ritual circle. This allows you to reuse them.

In the Wiccan tradition usually. In other traditions you banish and put up a shield such as the IAO shield.

LBRP, Middle Pillar, then IAO shield. Or look up Ben Woodcroft Circle banish, Angel Invocation, Then a ritual to make you more noticeable to spirits if needed. There are others as well.

So what do I use for each element
You can use a wine glass with water or really any glass/ceramic vessel for the water. You could use bird feathers instead of the incense to represent Air. To represent Earth you could use grains or nuts instead, and I suppose you’ll be ok to use a candle
