By the way, if you happen to read this new comment on an old video, I'd like to request that maybe you do a video on the history of the "magical way of life." I'm a big history buff and I love studying ancient cultures and their beliefs and ways of everyday living surrounding their beliefs in the supernatual. I incorapate what I learn into my magical workings. It'd be great to get your take on some of witchcraft's history. :)
Yes I could feel the energy when the power when out and on again. That’s pretty amazing. My black cat is obsessed with watching when I am doing spirit work and using my pendulum too. She plays with it but this last time she sat there and just watched intently.
I know this is years later. I saw that you got a visitor coming through the Left Green...(Omgosh that Green is so beautiful!), into the window pane...and just watched. I think it enjoyed itself. I am new in accepting what was given. I have denied it for years...now, even though I dislike the particular gift I have, (Why couldn't it be a jolly one?), I feel ready to let go of the fear. I hope to soon join your patreon...though I usually do not comment unless driven to do so. I am not crazy.
This is mostly how I use to cast a circle. Didnt use markers but salt/water and incense but then found a way of calling quarters after and I had started doing that. However it seems quite elaborate. To me it seems strange for the casting to take as long or longer than a simple ritual so its nice to see a simple way is ok also.

Like your method! I have a question. Is using a lit incense stick as the "wand" acceptable to cast a circle? It's what I have been doing as I do not have a traditional wand and don't think I am going to use one. But this is the first time I saw anyone use a crystal. Hi Ginny! I’ve been watching your videos for a couple of weeks so I’m pretty new to your channel. I’m learning witchcraft and I have always had an affinity with crystals. Can you use multiple types of crystals when casting a circle or do you have to stay with one type?
Great that you are learning witchcraft (my favourite). You can use any crystal that you like, or a mixture of crystals and candles or whatever you feel drawn to. The great thing about witchcraft is that you must just go with your instinct and if your instinct says to cast a circle with a crystal a candle and a chair...then you go for it!

I wanted to know if multiple people can remain protected within a circle if it is big enough or if it is best for each to cast their own circle...if the circle is good for multiple people should they cast the spell together in unison? Ginny, Why did you choose to use a "crystal" instead of an athame? Aren't you supposed to release the circle? or is walking out of it enough to break it?
The crystal appealed to me at the time. Circle's will dissipate with time, and walking in and out of it just means that you walk in and out of the magic.

Whenever I cast a circle my mind cannot focus on what kind. First I start out visualizing a normal 2d circle, then my mind would change it to a 3d sphere. Does that affect my magick in any way?
"Aurifère" is the french word for "that contains gold", a good wand choice indeed since you are earth related. Anyway, a quick, simple tutorial. only 8/10 because it is "too" quick since there are other circles mentioned but not shown (10/10 if somewhere in the future you make an "advanced" circle class) Another edit : it is... concerning that such a pillar video of your teachings has so few views, believe me its quality is good !

you can cast one or both, depending on your needs...

I have a permanent protection circle around my house and garden so that all the people who come into it are protected and safe... so Yes!

If you leave the circle for a moment and come back is it broken and do you have to recast the circle again?
No the circle will slowly lose energy but not enough to recast - unless you left for an hour or so...
