The easiest way? I have learned several easier ways to do this such as saging them. Sprinkling them with moon water. Laying them in salt overnight. Then inviting them.

Depending on your tradition, you can either bury the leftovers on soil, such as in your backyard, a churchyard, or you can throw them in the compost. Others prefer to keep it simple and throw the remains in the trash since they will go to a landfill and be buried anyway.
When doing this, remember that it’s still part of the ritual and a sacred act, so you could say a prayer as you do it, or just give thanks to the Elements for their help: "Thank you for your help in this ritual".

What is the best time of day to do this?
It's ideal to do it at night, but really any moment where you won't be interrupted is good. Find a private space at home, turn off your phone, and if you want, do a guided meditation before starting such as a grounding meditation or a circle of protection visualization.

@@tatqnavalchanova208 Nothing bad is going to happen, so don't stress over it. I usually recast any spell that I feel wasn't performed correctly or that was interrupted. Ideally it should be done start to finish with no interruptions, but things happen.
Most spells should ideally be cast during the proper planetary day and/or planetary hour. But this spell works with all four elements, so I don't think that applies here. Maybe on Wednesday or during the hour of Mercury because Mercury rules magic. That's always a good time to fall back on when you're not quite sure. And yes, at night is ideal. I would also prefer to cast it under a full moon or perhaps a waxing moon.

Great question! You can do it as you feel the most comfortable.
Personally, I would bless several amulets at a time if I'm charging them with the same intention. For example, if I want to have three different amulets around the house for home protection that would be just one ritual. If I also want a lucky amulet for a job interview, that would be done with a different candle and a separate ritual.

The most important thing is dont listen to anyone but yourself. Air water earth and fire help but the real thing is slap some intent into that thing really hard. Like crowbar the frick into it with intention. Make a piece of paper with your intent on it in pencil not pen and burn it if you want. The real deal is earth and water are great they help for long periods air and fire help for really fast periods but with great vigor. But without spirit literally nothing works. If you really had to you could use the air in the air the moisture in the air the dust in the air and the fire of your metabolism and the sheer force of spirit to cleanse and attune and whatever else your stuff.

@Penelope Pussycat well if your amulet doesn't have a specific crystal in it you can basically state anything for it to do and if you can you want to write what you want it to do (for instance the most common would be to heal you or give you luck) and physically attach or put it inside of the amulet, you can do that with the ash of something and you can ever rub that in because the ash holds the memory you can also just right it on paper and clearly dictate what you want for that amulet and write a circle or some arrows or something to determine what exactly to be imbued with the intention, you can also do that with just your hands your head and your heart but that's harder especially if you're thinking random thoughts as you try. Some people want to put blood on it but the problem with that is that it binds you to the object which can be incredibly bad if someone else gets their hands on it, also that falls into black magic. Spit is actually what normally people will use, but that is all basically extraneous reinforcement that you could do other ways, like making some water to hold that intent because water holds memory almost forever, that's not required as long as you keep charging it and giving it attention. If you have quartz that's what you should make an amulet out of, glass works too but pure silver undoes very fast, its famous for not holding energy.
Use the breath to charge and atune your tool or amulet because it contains all five elements.

I perform my Magick differently from the normal way of doing it. I don't understand why is the Fire Element in the South. So I place the Wand (or Candle) in the East. Why? The Sun rises in the East. And the rest, the Dagger (or Pen and Paper or Spell Book). The Goblet in the West and last is the Pentacle in the North. So if you were Knight Magician you would be standing with your right hand with the Sword and Goblet hanging over your shoulder and left hand with the Wand and shield hanging over your shoulder.
That works just as well! The traditional associations of the elements with the cardinal directions comes from the Order of the Golden Dawn. Their associations draw from different sources such as Hermeticism and Qabalah. It's perfectly okay for solitary practitioners to give the elements different associations that make more sense for them - exactly as you have done.

Idk if this is a good way to do this but I have a mason jar with moon water and in it I have plants that bring peace, such as rose petals and lavender and so on, and I put the my necklace in it for one day so it can soak up the water. Is this also a good way to cleanse it?

If someone accidentally touches your amulet (out of curiosity for example) there's nothing wrong with it. But if you realize that someone has taken it from you, or has been handling it without your permission, it's usually best to repeat the cleansing and bless it.
It's all about the intention. If you feel there are negative energies attached to it or to the person who touched it, you should probably do the ritual again.

You can do it in the day or night. The lunar phase will depend on the intention you are setting on your amulet. For example:
- For Love or Money: Waxing Moon.
- For Protection: Waning Moon.

In this ritual, incense represents the energy of Element Air. There are many ways in which you could invoke or raise this type of energy. If you don't have incense, try burning some essential oils, listening to music, opening a window for the wind to come in, or do some singing or breathing exercises before starting the ritual.

Anybody can use the chant, you don't need to be a pagan or Wiccan. To deactivate an amulet you can destroy it or simply get rid of it.
