  • This is Lesson #8 of the Tamed Course. In this lesson we're going to speak about 3 different ways we can recharge our levels of willpower. If we learn how to recharge our willpower we can avoid staying in a state of ego depletion for too long, which in turn will make it easier to stick to the good habits we're trying to build.

hey man, just wanted to let you know your course has motivated me and inspired me so much. I had been depressed and lazy for monthss, eating the worst food, just rolling out of bed 5 minutes before i have to go to work... Since discovering your channel 2 weeks ago I've been inspired to adopt much healthier habbits. I know you said to only focus on one keystone habbit so for me, I focused on fitness. But I also tried to get a better sleep and wake up an hour before work, and also some daily meditation. These habbits prepare my mind to stay focused and get motivated to achieve my other smaller personal goals, such as eating healthier, practising music, reading more, learning to code, ect... Anyways I just wanted to thank you for being that spark. Your videos are truly great. Informative and I love how you include real scientific studies in most of them as well. Cheers! I'll try to donate to your patreon page sometime.
