Dr. Joe DeMarco, chiropractor and owner of OcraMed Health, demonstrates how to put an end to your knee pain with fascial release techniques and knee exercises.
In part one, I demonstrate how to perform fascial release techniques and a deep fascial stretch to the muscles of the quadriceps. These often tight and restricted muscles can lead to knee pain.
Next, I share one of my favorite old time knee exercises known as the one legged wobble squat.
Give these techniques a try. Leave me a comment in the comment section down below and let me know what you think about these techniques. Do you find them helpful?
Remember, Stay Young and Train Hard! Good luck!

Doc, is it normal to find more gritty spots in the tendon area rather than in the actual muscle?
I just bought your FF5 (which is a awesome) and no matter where I start applying it, I feel the gritty knots almost always in the tendon area.
    Thanks in advance.

That's not unusual. However, everyone is different in regards to where they may or may not have fascial adhesions. The good news is that adhesions can be broken up and released! Good luck!
