Man your video solves my hamstring problem I had after a big accident last year. This year I have PF for a few months so this video came up right on time! Thank you!
Hello Doctor. Great video as always. But stretching isn't working for me... i've been doing calf stretches from last 1-2 years. Also, I ended up with hamstrings injuries due to over stretching...
@@OcraMedHealth I tried once but only for 10-15days. Calf strengthening is working for me... but now bigger problem is hamstring/glute pain when sitting. Not able to sit for more than 2-3 minutes. Seems like i over stretched from last 2 years. Please do help. Thanks a lot for replying!!
Can be other causes such as shoe wear. Most shoes/sneakers have narrow toe boxes. This will pull big toe inwards which can effect the blood supply to the plantar fascia. This can result in deadening of the plantar fascia.

Have you tried changing up your shoe wear for a more barefoot style shoe?

Would crocs work for the toe room?
I've never worn crocs so it's hard to say. You just want to make sure that when you have them on, your toes can spread out comfortably and naturally.
@@OcraMedHealth aà
yes they're better than most shoes...
