"Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob."
I turned 50 in June. This is gold. I feel better that my knee isn't to the point that others may be experiencing and how to get it back on track. Already noticing a difference. These guys put out great content that has saved me a lot of money
I've gone to physical therapist sent by my primary care doctors orders....I can honestly say that I've received more beneficial results by watching these two guys and their video's. THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!!!!
I believe physical therapists know the anatomy better than doctors so Ou take their advice much more seriously. You guys give a lot of great advice. Keep up the good work.
Love what Bob and Brad put out, great information, sometimes listening to music solfeggio frequencies have been known by tribes to help with healing and pain.
Coming back from knee dislocation and using the rock tape and new brace and thanks again for the cane tip. I'm trying to transition to taping w/brace and cane cause my shoulders are messed up from crutching. Luckily, I have a great doctor who has helped me several times over the years. Keep it up, guys!
a year or so back one knee was bothering me but not enough to not take a walk, so I took my trusty cane that I bought for backpacking days and that cane made a huge difference. After a while I left the cane at home but if I have a flare up I use the cane also because it makes me feel more secure on the walk. Its hilly here and its surprising how the cane makes the uphill not so hard.
Thanks for your videos. They are very entertaining while teaching me new tricks. I have a torn meniscus and bone on bone on left knee. One Dr says in 5 years I'll need a new knee and I had multiple bone bruises due to a fall on the stairs. I got a second opinion & this Dr says I need a new knee immediately. They work in the same practice. Very confusing. I've been on crutches for 5 months from first Dr recommendation and now cannot straighten Left knee. I did PT only one day and they hurt my knee so badly by pressing down to straighten it, that I was in a lot of pain for a week. Your videos gave me a lot more information about how to do the exercises correctly with less pain than the PT did.
Cycling really helps low impact better than walking which loads the knee with your body weight I find it does help after a few days of short cycle trips the pain has reduced
YOU GUYS ARE GREAT MY WHOLE ENTIRE BODY IS ALWAYS TENSED AND ACHING, I TRIED THE KNECK VIDEO AND I FEEL RELEAVED A LITTLE, NOW I AM WATCHING THIS BECAUSE MY KNEE IS ACHING CAUSING ME TO LIMP, DO YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO FOR TAILBONE PAIN?
I find that I do better with the cane on the same side as my bad knee. Of course I support a lot of weight, and push down HARD on the cane to limit the weight on the knee.
I have changed hands when my left hand gets sore (right knee is the bad one). I find my walking is more natural with the cane in the left hand, but I don't want to strain that hand too much when it feels like it's had too much. I don't know what my doctor or PT would think of that.
There were a lot of exercises here, but what were you going to do with the cushioned mat that you showed? Thanks. (I was glad that you didn't do anything with both knees on the floor as you have done in the past.)
i live in a 2 story house and when i climb the stairs i get minor aches on my knees. should i wait for those aches to go away until i can start running again?
That's what this entire video dealt with, didn't you watch any of it or just started by asking a question? They have 3 million subscribers and can't deal with individual questions. Watch the video, first.
@@kathyclark3168 I've had both hips replaced, at some point the only thing you can do is get surgery done. If you're financially unable to do that, then take Aleve and use a cane. Using a cane causes tension on other parts of your body that need these stretching exercises.
@@catriamou Not all that harsh, in my opinion. I'm tired of people not watching the videos, but expecting someone to explain the video when they didn't take time to watch it. I have my own channel and spend a huge amount of time making sure everything is perfect, only to have some people ask questions about the video without watching it. That's disrespectful.

That sounds painful. Praying for a quick full recovery for you, Bob!
sorry that has happened!!
You are better…don’t sweat 😓 it
Feel better!
I hope the numbness goes away soon. I hate when I have that after a dental procedure. (Hope the scar tissue improves too.)
