"Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob."
I hope you’re well on your way to being healthy! I’ve noticed a big drop in weight on you!! I was praying nothing serious was wrong. I love your show and the brotherly banter 😆
From UK. I was sent for an MRI for a suspected meniscus tear after I hyper extended my knee while playing football/soccer, results show that it wasnt my meniscus, scan shows that my ligaments have thickened on both sides & no other info given. My knee now gives out when I play sports that involve twisting with the knee, its broken down now 3 times in 9 months, when I twist it feels like someone has took a hammer to the side of my knee, it feels like my knee is dropping out.my guess was that the LCL was torn at the time of the injury, and this has created the unstable knee now, love some wisdom on fixing my knee. When I bend my knee I feel like a little pop above the knee cap and I feel pain in the LCL area when I sit with the knee bent.
Thanks for this, i work at a factory so i stand up about 9 hours a day and i unintentionally hyperextend my left knee every day causing knee pain but also ankle pain🙃 this was very helpful thank you🙏🏻
What about those who naturally have “ bandy” legs... their legs will be naturally extended .. No? Or do they have to bend it consciously? Please clarify
I injured my patellar tendon to the point where I couldn't even walk with crutches, because I couldn't keep my leg straight and lift in in front of me. For a week or so I had to walk backwards with crutches, and drag my leg without bending it. The knee was swollen like a balloon, and I had about 15 degrees of ROM. After that I hit a dead stop. Early on in my rehab the exercise you did at 6:48, along with straight leg lifts, helped a lot.
The kinesiotape is a good idea...I think the hardest part of it all is breaking an old habit and creating a new healthier habit...and that takes constant conscious effort till it becomes subconscious...thats very challenging
I just hyperextended my knee the other day the first time and about 15 years. I know a lot of those exercises you're doing but I wasn't sure how long I should wait to start those after the injury currently I can't quite get my knee to 90°whithout it feeling super tight. So I'm thinking I need to do some exercises but not sure if I should start with those or something else. I'm also really trying to watch myself because when I go to sit on my one couch for some reason I always want to take my knee and sit down. Well, you know how that goes... Just feels useless the knee when I do that. Which I probably shouldn't do in to begin with at 43. I should know how to sit normally by now. Lol any advice on how to slowly loosen up whatever I did when I hyperextended would be appreciative
I gor injured by my dogs leash 2 days ago. She suddenly turned left and the dog leash came across my knee and hyoerextended my knee with this help my pain?

Awww, get better soon Bob! Love from Libby in Glasgow, Scotland x
No worries. Disregard the rude folks who felt the need to bring it up.

Amazing and inspiring beautiful ❤️
Thanks for another great set of exercises we can do to address knee pain. There's a lot of us out here watching that can relate!
Do you need to do hamstring AND quad exercises, or only one? How do you know which one you need?
U must see which one is tight n which one is not
Stretch the tight one n strengthen the weak one
@@fazeelalaher6250 Thank you.
Needed this!!
Brad says “Be careful in everything you do.” If I was careful I wouldn’t need you guys!
Is there any ready-made brace to limit hyperextension where have torn meniscus and unpredictable buckling/instability ?
What do you do with someone who has lordosis, long hamstrings, too short quads, with hyper extending knees and knocked knees?
can overextending knee cause cartilagedamane on the patella?

Sorry to hear. Goode luck!

What has helped MY knee pain more than anything else is getting a vibration plate. Wish B&B would do more with those.
Thanks for the suggestion.
Who are these clowns? I love this!
Oh!! I’m having bad knee pain. So are my girls, grand girls. Is this something that happen more with females then males?
The giveaway has already ended? On the same day this video aired?
No. The giveaways run from Sunday at noon to the following Saturday at midnight. This one will be going on until this Saturday at midnight
I do this too much and it hurts. Chi walking helped. When you chi walk a lot, it becomes habit.
On your videos, please speak into your hand held microphones! Can’t hear you !!! Thank you!

Can you add in more glottal stops while speaking, please ? ❤️
Omg ..Bob was drunk!
