Do you say that to Amazon when they offer you cheaper alternatives? These guys need to eat. If they have shown you something that helps and it costs you nothing, how would you like them to feed their families. I'm always stunned at the people that have no problem paying Target, Walmart or Amazon $$ yet 2 guys trying to make it in business for their families would be "unethical" if they only showed you how they could help you. I've been following your advice and my knee is heaps better already. I didn't go to the doctor basically because he's not doing face to face consultations because of covid. I have a suggestion if you r interested,regarding knee.
I like the exercises on this video a lot! Many are close to the exercises my PTs are having me do at therapy! They are working on muscles I was not using correctly. I am making amazing progress in strength and becoming more pain free. I am moving and using my body more correctly during my day. Wonderful, and thanks, guys!!

I will definitely do this exercise, my knee hurts more but also, a few months I sprained my ankle ; and so now my ankle hurts and my knee hurts worst.

Found your video at a great time! I started attending Zoom workout classes a few months ago, and I have been having a lot lot of knee pain every time I do squats and lunges and it has been getting worse. I was just thinking about just quitting altogether, but after watching this, I can modify my exercises and continue to work out. Thanks!

Hi Fellas, This morning I was watching in bed while icing my knee. After I had taken Tramadol and 500 mg if Tylenol. I haven’t found relief in days. You demonstrated a quick simple exercise, foot up on chair holding and supporting both sides of the knee, gently twisting inward. I would have NEVER twisted my painful knee. First, it didn’t hurt secondly it was better and pain free in seconds, I didn’t even do reps! You are the absolute BEST! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart 💜

Don't do squats unless you are using your glutes - I started doing squats and my knees got much more painful because I was working my quads too much, they got so tight and put pressure on my knees.

Helped me on the first day-- I will continue to do these
The best exercise for the knees in my opinion is as follows..... Sit on a high bench that prevents your feet from touching the floor..... Sit on the edge like Bob is doing on the table at the beginning of this video.... Before you sit up there strap on a pair for five to seven pound ankle weights and just let your lower legs hang down off the bench..... No need to engage the quads by lifting the feet at all.... Just rock your feet back and forth about six to eight inches like a child would do..... This will allow the synovial fluid to move in and out of the joint because the weight will allow the joint to open ever so slightly..... There is hardly any effort to this at all.... It's all about the motion and allowing the synovial fluid to go in and pout of the joint....
I started doing this for 10 to 15 minutes a day and not only did it stop my knee pain but also realigned my lower leg to where it should be.... You only need to so this a few times a week at first and then, only as you feel the need from time to time after that.....

Along with generally bad knees, I'm trying to heal from a torn meniscus. Meniscus tears take forever to heal due to circulation issues. This might save my knees! So thank you so much for it!

5:21 I am surprised they did not suggest doing this...(I give props to Margaret Richard, the host of "Body Electric," the queen of proper form for this most helpful tip). On those inner thigh leg raises, to make this exercise a ton more comfortable: place a small plastic but somewhat squishy ball (you can get them at dollar stores), a pillow, a foam roller, or a hand weight underneath the knee you are not working.You will be able to lift the working inner thigh higher, and it will help your body stay in better alignment. It's waayyy more comfortable than the demo B & B gave on this! Hope they give it a try too they might hate it less, lol!

This was right on time. Glad I subscribed before. I recently hurt my knee and realized it was tendinitis 🤦🏾♀️ So it's taking longer to heal and it's harder to strengthen those muscles without taxing it too hard. The leg raises are gold and I'll be repping out on those to get my quads stronger.

Thanks guys , I will give these a try . I had a recent fall landing on my knees , no fractures and no dislocation ,but still painful everyday especially after a lot of walking .

thank you. My left knee started hurting months ago when I had a bad fall. Past couple days my right knee went out on me. It hurts so bad when I get up I actually scream. I will try these exercises.

Hi guys I have to tell you after many years of pain in both my shoulders and neck, you guys have nailed it! thank you both for your hanging exercises which have helped both my forward head projection and my driving, I no longer have to move my entire body anymore to turn right at a junction you’re video’s are great once again thank you both.

You mention that a weak joint often depends upon the joints either side of the weak spot. Do you have a video that addresses a set of exercises that would target the hip joint, the knee joint and the ankles? I see some hip work here, but are any of these moves also sufficient to address ankle weakness? Is there an ankle exercise that I could add?

How did you know? I broke my knee cap 6 weeks ago and my leg was in a cast and then in a leg brace the whole time. Now I should be in PT but can't get in anywere bc of covid 19. My knee hurts when I try to bend it, my leg is a stick, the muscle all but gone. This will help. Thank you so much 💙💙💙😘😘

@@HasanKhan-wh8bb Thanks, but I am already walking without aid. My knee bends without a problem. All that is left is a bit of pain in the mornings in the knee and calf muscles, but that goes away after I walk for a minute or two.

Hi Bob and Brad, last May I had a knee reconstruction . Everything was going well until I fell, I tripped over my hairdryer lead now it’s all up off the floor my son put a bracket on the wall for my dryer. But I’m getting pain in my knee like as if a rubber band was being flicked on my knee and pain in my knee I just saw my surgeon the other day and he was pleased with my knee I didn’t do any damage Will those exercises do me any good thank you ❤️🇦🇺🐨🐨🇦🇺

What you do for crack sound in your knee
Ive done some of the exercises for a few days but i dont think its helping injuries. Lifting my legs up and down causes clicking noises in groin and pain. And in knees. I really need physio but im too anxious to go. Walking results in more pain. So depressed, feeling like im 95 and resdy for the grave 😩

Hi Guys, your videos are the best, i have been watching for years. However, this new white screen video that I watched on my smart tv hurts my eyes, and may interfere with sleep if I watch you in the early evening because of the blue light. Should I do this even if my knee crunches like Rice Krispies? Sounds like a peanut cracking in there. Doesn’t hurt, but the sound is alarming.

Leg extensions :Who can't do these??? - me lol lateral release caused more knee cap pain, then had a repeat lateral release and a tibial tuberosity transfer 2 months ago. lol everything is stiff and sore but its getting there.

Hey you two! Can you talk to me about my knees and elbows locking and then making a sharp “click” sound? I constantly feel both locking up and then a LOUD crack sound happens. What is happening? It is very painful at times and at other times it is mild. It happens daily. I was hoping for some insight into this issue and will it grow worse as I grow older? I am 50 years old now. I was extremely athletic growing up. Also, have you addressed Bursitis in hips in any videos? I have both hips with that condition. I watch your videos often because I have 8 fused vertebrae in my spine. I thoroughly enjoy your simple techniques for my beat up joints. No one will touch me after all the surgeries I have had...oh and including my right rotator cuff! 30 years of sports really did a number on me! Hugs and love from NY!❤️🙏🏻 PS....I have to wake up in the middle of the night to crack my right knee the most. THANK YOU!

Front foot is flat, back foot flexes.

I got muscle spasms in my left leg & i have muscle weakness in my left hand, I also walk with pressure on my right leg because I drag my left leg & I can't feel it sometimes and it shakes uncontrollably
I can hardly move my legs at all. Saw an orthopaedic surgeon was told left knee fused. Right knee has a little bit of movement. Both legs won't bend or straighten all the way. Use a wheelchair.
