Guys i m here after a experience of 2 months of dis intermittent fasting i m commenting down below just to help many people becoz i know when we look fat our confidence go away.....i m a girl 20yrs old i was 66.5 kg nd now after dis lockdown and following this intermittent fasting for 2 months i lost 6 kg and i m 60.5 kg right now nd i look beautiful now the timing i followed was 8 p.m to 12 p.m and no sugar at all i took little rice everything little bit but actually NO SUGAR ....without exercise but ya i was active full day i did my mother's help i walk for 20 30 min.at night after my last meal i had black coffee nd in morning i took black coffee sometimes jeera water had green tea after 1 hour of my each meal and i m a person having lots of pimple but becoz of dis i m not getting any pimple just maintain ur calories ❣️ Thankyou This comment is dedicated to all girls who r very much irritated becoz of fat❣️
जब आदमी बजन या फैट कम करने के लिए कम खाना शुरू करता है तो बॉडी,मेटाबोलिज्म स्लो कर देती है यानी पूरे शरीर की स्पीड को घटाकर उसका खर्च भी कम कर देती है,जिसका नतीजा ये होता है की फैट या बजन कम नही होता है,अगर बजन या फैट कम करना है तो खाना कम खाया जाना चाहिए लेकिन मेटाबोलिज्म स्लो नही होना चाहिए कम कैलोरी खाकर भी मेटाबोलिज्म यानी बॉडी की स्पीड को ज्यादा रखने की टिप्स 1.छोटे छोटे निवाले बत्तीस बार चबाकर 20 से 30 मिनट में खाएं-इस तरीके से कम खाने के बावजूद बॉडी को लगता है खाना बहुत मिल रहा है और वो मेटाबोलिज्म स्लो नही करती,ज्यादा खाया गया है या कम- बॉडी को ये बात खाए गया खाने के बजन या मात्रा से पता नही लगली बल्कि वक़्त से लगती है की कितनी देर खाया गया है,कम टाइम खाया गया है मतलब खाना कम मिला है,ज्यादा वक्त खाया गया है मतलब ज्यादा मिला है- और इसी के अकॉर्डिंग वो मेटाबोलिज्म को सेट करती है। 2.प्रोटीन स्लो पचता है इसलिए इसको खाएं ताकि बॉडी उसको पचाने में बिजी रहे-जब पेट में पचाने के लिए कुछ नही होता तो ही बॉडी को भुखमरी का पता चलता है,और भुखमरी का पता लगने पर ही बॉडी मेटाबोलिज्म स्लो करके उसके खर्च को घटाती है 3.कम खाने की वजह से जब मेटाबोलिज्म स्लो हो जाये और बजन कम करना बंद कर दे तो एक या दो दिन की चीटिंग भी मेटाबोलिज्म को तेज कर देती है,क्योंकि बॉडी को लगता है बॉडी की स्पीड घटाकर कम खर्च करने की कोई जरूरत नही है,खाना बहुत मिल रहा है। 4.दिन में दो से तीन बार ग्रीन टी पियो 5.हर दो घण्टे में दस मिनट चलो-एक बार दस मिनट चलने पर दो घण्टो तक मेटाबोलिज्म यानी बॉडी की स्पीड बढ़ी रहती,बढ़ी स्पीड मतलब ज्यादा कैलोरी का खर्च,जो कि फैट कम करने के लिए चाहिए होता है।

I'm following intermittent fasting for past one month. I drink one coconut water every morning which helps me to bear. I gained lot of weight. It has started showing it's effect. Earlier also I have done this. Feeling really light and less body aches.

Just don't skip that medicine thyroxine acts on empty stomach and will be best for you it will give more bioavailability to the drug.
