    So happy for her that she lost so much weight. . But yes money and motivation does help to the make healthy choices. I’ve lost 4 kgs in 3 weeks. Don’t rush too fast, just make simple changes. I cut my sugar intake half, I eat rice every day,, no bread, and my first meal is 8.am last meal is 6.00 pm. Drink plenty of water and moderate exercise.

    Dieting is not about not eating or starving it's about eating the right food, fibre, right fruits and veggies and healthy raw foods like salads etc. The benefits of chewing food more than 30 times has never been told, we are just told to chew our food, but why? The reason is the more food stays in our mouth while it's chewed the saliva in our mouth gets mixed with the food, enzymes are introduced into the food through the saliva and this is very helpful in digesting our food and helping in tummy reduction and also weight loss. The main idea should be not to fill up the tummy with food. When serving food for yourself take how much you usually eat and remove 25%. Eat this portion every day. BTW keep up the good work.

      Diet is the way of life. Human beings are the only species that go on a diet other species have a diet. The problem is that we have been told by food companies on have to eat our food. They don't care about us. They just care about selling their product, which contains harmful preservatives, sugars and things which are not at all good for human beings. Food companies are the only reason for increasing obesity in young people.

    Baba I lost 8 kgs in 4 month without doing anything just few things
    Get up morning 3-4 am and wash yr face or take shower then do meditation whomever you prefer god allah Jesus ram krishna anyone pls devote 1 hour minimum
    Before this drink 2 glass warm water
    Honey and turmeric
    Then eat some dry or freed fruit -if totally no money then eat peanut 10-20 gram
    Don’t eat bread or deep fried or sugar instead of sugar substitute by jaggery
    I used to eat 5 times at day from morning 6 till evening 6 break up in 5 meals
    Eat whatever is available avoid deep fry and white sugar maida - use jaggery
    Simple rule bhai god is great don’t trust anyone only god he is owner creator he will do magic

    I know that Carbohydrates are bad,but rice is the staple diet in our region and it’s not feasible to replace white rice with brown rice..we have been eating rice since childhood ,so just wanted to know if I can continue with the rice ? I eat normally,don’t eat junk food, include fruits with low calorie in my diet, drink green tea(sometimes drink normal tea without sugar with my mom)..I basically gained weight because my schedule suddenly shifted from a very hectic one (health professional) to a sedentary lifestyle as I had to prepare for exam(studying at least 12 hrs/day)..so I gained 4kgs in 2 months.

      @@ocean3057 bro just eat in small portions....drink lukewarm water throughout the day....do atleast 30 min cardio or 60 mins pf brisk walking...
      It takes time...be patient...
      I took me 4 months to get back into shape
