    If i may, would you let me know if i can have tea with my morning meal? I do have a habit of caffeine and get terrible headaches when i miss chai in the morning (and i can take it without sugar no problem, i just add a lot of milk to nullify the bitterness)
    Also I'm not vegetarian, so is chicken allowed with one meal? Or mutton or beef?
    Can i have makai ki roti instead of millets? Or should i alternate?
    Also is it preferable to use store bought haldi or organic haldi?
    And how much spinach, turmeric and water for the morning drink?
    And for the oatmeal, what kind of milk would you recommend? I'm currently drinking nesvita milk

    Sara on one of her interviews in 2018 said that she completely avoids carbs on advise of her step mom Kareena Kapoor.
    Your advice on a bowl of fruits us good but is overdose if sugar and is not recommended by some dieticians.

      Natural sugars are different. Fruits are low calorie food plus fun to eat. Helps in keeping full

      Hello Hina,,,. Being a mother and home maker this is very hard to follow this kind of instructions,, u may try plank exercise...... Belly fat ke liye ye sahi hota hai....shuru me dikkat hoti hai but morning me daily thoda thoda exercise time increase kar sakte ho.....

      Do walk for 45 mins daily. Also take energy rich foods like chicken. Dates,eggs, dry fruits. Apple, soups etc. Also take green tea atleast 2 times a day. Do stomach exercises
