    Would love a basic lower body activation video. Currently have a mix of band and non-band movements that I've pulled from random spots to develop a pre-game routine, but not sure if it's totally sound

    Excellent advice. I recently had lots of back pain after skating. After training my legs more back pain has gone away. Keep up the great videos!
