This video has motivated me a lot. I don't play hockey, I'm a baseball pitcher. I feel that a pitcher and goalie have a lot of similarities, and I'll be taking these tips into my offseason training. I was awful mentally on the mound this year, and the self-talk will really help.

As a goalie who was blown out 5-0 last night, this video was timely.

You are going to play again. And I believe you’re going to keep getting better and better.

The most simple and clear mental video I’ve seen🫡

I was a wreck last year my mind had not caught up with my physical. The team was not as good also. This year we worked hard and this summer I worked on my mental. First tournament went 3-1 over 100 shots taken at me gave up 4 goals one game and one on another with 2 shutouts. I was calm because I could focus more because the mental caught up. Before practice and games I sit in locker room headphones on no music but no one bothers me. I'll move my glove in low medium high spots catching puck then go over to blocker and do the same thing and imagine dropping to block puck. By time I come out of that I'm mentally ready to play mentally
