i'm back on my health & movement journey and today was my 1st day! i'll try to update it everytime i do it :) day 1: got my sweat on, it was challenging but easy to follow. took a couple of breaks. stopped at 11:21 i'll be back and want to MASTER this one until its so easy i have to move on to another video :) day 2: still challenging but i finished it!!!! it was 10% easier than yesterday. damn i'm getting stronger already!

Yes! Great to do barefoot, but I do have clients that need to wear sneakers due to foot concerns, or their doing the workouts outside. Absolutely go for it. Thanks for tuning in
