I have really been enjoying your pilates and barre workouts. I find my posture improving, and my knees and hips less reactive. I've been working on remembering to keep my shoulders back and down, my core engaged, and my pelvis slightly tucked. Thank you, Lauren!😊
Well that answers that question, "Wondering if this workout will be enough abs" Oh yes ! Check that off for the day. Thanks for keeping us in check with the abs. So easy to (undo) the engagement. I have been working hard on not popping the lower ribs. Found that not only helps for my tummy to be more flat, but immediately helps me line up my spine from top to bottom when my sciatica is roaring and pain relief is immediate. Good Workout !!! Oh and thanks for keeping us "Honest" !
Hi, yes I have a question, I'm getting cramp in my neck, after getting out of bed in the morning. Is there an exercise that can help me? I've purchased a pillow, to see if it helps. Thanks for any advice 🙏 😊
That's why I love Lauren she give us cues with a warm up and cool down and always answers our comments. So many You Tube videos these days are just music and some even say be sure to warmup so one would need to do a separate warmup which isn't appropriate for a 65 year old like me with Arthritis.
Hi great balance work as l am a pilates teacher ,but doing this late was really great & challenging with the leg balances as l am hyper mobile & have had Orthopaedic knee surgery due to trauma injury ,my femur had to be straightened then the knee , l also do all the equipment ,my favourite is the scooter & frog , thank you . First time trying Pilates at 63! This really kicks butt-- if you are keeping your core taut and posture aligned and controlling those movements! WOW. Feeling like jello but also great! Loving the challenges of all your workouts. They are just right for me and where I am in my fitness journey.
This was a good and very challenge workout. I haven’t really been workout for a while due to stomach issue but this was a good start to get back in to swing of things! 😊

Really enjoyed this workout. I am new to pilates and find it difficult to do much on the floor due to injured knee, so to find all standing pilates is great. I feel toned, relaxed and energised. Thank you so much

Hi I am proud to say I am 71 today ! I have always looked after myself but of late my balance is not so great. Noooo I don't want to get down on a mat any more standing Pilates, I am in ! I hope I can motivate myself to practice regularly I walk every day with my dog we run too sometimes but stretching and balance needs a little xtra effort ha ha. Thank you, your voice is very calming and when you said we had finished I was so surprised. May I wish every one a very happy day always .....

Wow. I mean, wow. I resisted clicking on this because I was in the mood for something "gung-ho" but this is such a good workout!! Some of the moves were very difficult for me and I just did "me". Some moves made my knees for crackle crackle crackle! And some moves really felt wonderful. As always, when you do any workout moves --- slow or more gung-ho --- you get double or triple the exercise value when you focus on form and breath!! thank you Lauren.
