it can be a warm up, or a full 10 min cardio workout. The 10 min videos are great because you can break them up and mix and match. Some viewers call them workout "snacks" ;)
I have stiff knees so I can’t sit on my knees and my left arm won’t allow my to touch my shoulder I really need some advice on how to lose those up if possible I know my knees are better since I started
Don't give up Alex, you may just need more time and practice. And if still doesn't work for you, then there is nothing wrong with just doing one at a time :)

@@USAtoElsewhere music is really a struggle with videos on RUclips. In a "normal" fitness class in person, I always play the music and move in time to the music. With RUclips, there are not any good options. When I film, I do the routine with no music (which was really weird at first, and I don't love doing it this way). Then the music is put over the film in editing. Because of copyrites, I'm not allowed to use popular songs. RUclipsrs that use copyrighted music have either paid for the rites, or get a strike against their channel and can lose their channel. RUclips evolves quickly, I'm hoping that in the future there will be a better way for fitness channels to deal with this.

Try as I might, I can't combine motions. Why is that?

Yes but this video is a warm up! They are typically 5-10 mins just to get the body "warm" and ready for a bigger workout.
