I am over 2 years into doing this course just about every day. Might miss a total of 2-3 weeks each year. Hands down one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my health. This is the strongest, flexible, and pain free I can ever remember my back being. Suffered for as long as I can remember with back issues before this. There is one key to this or it absolutely will not work. You must do it. Make it a priority and an investment everyday and as you open and heal you’ll find this will affect more than just your physical being.
I'm a Qigong Healer here in Hong Kong, Very well said, and I agree with most of what you say. Looking forward to meeting you one day maybe in Thailand in the next gathering.
great stuff, highly recommend to study and practice, it takes time but reword is without comparison. Hope that sifu Mizner will have same love and respect for Tibetan styles and approaches of internal arts/movement yogas in the future because how I see it they are not that different at all. Not the same, but not that different. Sure, i would favor Indo/Tibetan lineages, but that's only because of karmic connection.
The wording on this video could be edited for clarity. I read about the course. It said register for free on the website. It said free for 30 days or so. But then it said $129 for the course. Doesn't add up.
DiscoverTaiji is free for 30 days. Registering to get into the DiscoverTaiji platform is free. The Spinal Qigong course is indeed $129 inside. Can you point us to what part of the video is confusing ? Thanks!
The video isn't confusing. The descriptor seems like it's saying "free course". Don't get me wrong, I'm sure it's valuable. Maybe put the price in the descriptor, or remove the word "free"?
You don't stretch a guitar string "so that it is conductive". It's not meant to be conducting electricity! The vibrating metal guitar string distorts the magnetic field of the pickup magnets which induces current in the pickup coils. Strings are grounded for safety and interference reasons in fact.
@@jack-og2zh That would be an unusual use of the word conductive - which implies transferring energy from one thing to another e.g. heat, electricity or indeed sound from one atom or molecule to the next, as opposed to a string vibrating along it's length. Not a bad try though.

Merci 🙏❤️
This course is essential for a healthy, functional spine! Highly recommended!!
the best thing for spine is leaning forward while training

I could see Sifu Adam living and creating qigong in that Bodhidharma cave in the background 💪🗿

The string is strung so the it conducts vibration along its length

is this croatia?
Orange pants, white tee shirt and boat shoes look like an American prison uniform.
haha yes it does
I’d consider it, if it were more affordable.
I'm sure it's priceless😉
