hi, HR of new company has already documents one month before and today was my onboarding so that give me access of portal where again i have to upload documents and write details including exp, bank detail, personal detail etc. after that they mail me it will take 2 days to review. so does that again they will take time for bgv.

Designation doesn't matter. Your work would be the same. It's a kind of associate software engineer or sr software engineer. Same.

Only it is possible with a small company. But don't try with a big one or mnc. There are so many companies. Try startup or very small company bro.

I am currently working in a mid level company from last 2.5 years and recently got promoted to TL1. I joined my current organisation with 2.10 years of fake experience. My joining designation of current company in Senior software engineer. Now I have removed Fake experience of 2.10 years and trying to switch on 2.5 years of real experience. But after removing fake experience I need to explain gap of 3 years. Also can they ask how you joined your current organisation as Senior software engineer without any prior experience? Plss help
Bhai, don't remove, try for any start-up or small company. After one or 2 years. Try for the middle label mnc.

Now, I am on the bench. I had a project. But I was on 10 days 🙂. After 10 days. The manager updated me. That we are looking for a mainframe developer. Not a Net developer . So they released me. 🥲 now I selected for one of the project.
Sir suppose a java developer of 2 years experience can make a project x so if someone is on bench for 1+ year but he is self taught and can make that end to end project - project x then can he fake his work experience? to ask the hike as per market standards when switching?

@ark0555 bro, yes, you can get the job. But you have to prepare yourself for the gap. And just make a medical report. Which is related to your health. Every interview or HR call just convey the same line to everyone. This is not a big issue.

Surly hr will ask you. But if you have a few years experience, just reply to them. You are not working or preparing for the same government examination.
