Hi Shane I've been watching your videos for a long time. I really love your content and your efforts. I have a request for you can you please please please make a video on true entry-level digital marketing specialist jobs (remote) or which companies are hiring for entry-level digital marketing specialist position?? I'm Priya Gupta from India. I've completed Google Digital Marketing and E-commerce Professional Program on Coursera.
Plz make video on industrial chemistry
Is there any Remote CAD Design opportunities?
I don’t see the links at the end to apply for these companies?
This guy is a big scammer!! All he wants is views.
He blocked me on ig for telling him that “online writing jobs” that he has on the description is fake and a scam. 📢📢👎👎👎👎
People please be aware and alert 🚨
I'm working remote in marketing analytics making a base salary of $95k at 27 years old. Don't give up people! I applied to over 400 jobs and went through 30 interviews before I landed a single job.
can i ask what is your job?
thank you for this encouragement man
What's the secret?
@@aronkamau7825 he just told you
Did you need a degree?
BEWARE: The thing about many companies that are always hiring "homeworkers" is that they tend to suck as employers. Few people stick around, so they constantly have spots to fill.
Yeah I have a work in that you can work from anywhere and you can earn daily around ₹1500-2000
I finished a stint with Enterprise just this week and I can honestly say I have never been lied to or had a position misrepresented as much as I experienced with this company. I am not certain about the workings of the upper levels but the call center and Recovery Specialist employees are basically exploited by management. Their business model seems to be continuously hiring new employees to keep down their labor costs. Beware.
This has been my experience with all these sort of companies. They are either a scam, or expect essentially slave labour for pennies.
Like driving around in your own car and putting on lots of wear and tear and miles on it? LOL 😂Lots of dmf's out there...
@@ashwinnmyburgh9364 Great input.
In my comment/response i said the following:
"Thank you for the great info and research. What is missing in ALL these videos ABOUT companies hiring is the creator, or members of their team actually going thru the hiring process AND doing the work.
OR, working with a viewer who HAS done that AND how it went, what the work is like, what the company is like - the culture and managements tactics and strategies of dealing with the employee(s).
These videos are idealistic, we need a more REALISTIC aspect of these remote jobs and dealing with the actual hiring managers and process, etc. Just MHO"
Did you go to any type of forum to read what others experience in a particular role/company.
Only saying what you've read VS. the actual experience is what Most ALL YB creators talk about. IF you didn't do it, what qualifies you to talk about it? Where are they getting their info? FROM the HR marketing of the company (now called a job posting) or someone else's perspective. IR reading from a script comprised of online research rather than actual experience.
Recovery Specialist? Like how Hertz repos their cars from people who didn’t rent their cars?
Heard so many bad things about them from friends who have worked there as well.
Thank you for all your time and effort you put into this video!
Apple no longer hires directly for At Home Advisor and majority never see $32 an hour unless you are a senior advisor and have worked your way to that income. Most new senior advisors that had to at least work 1 year towards that promotion only make $22 or so nationwide. Maybe $25-27.
The bottom line is guys work on a skill that you can master and make yourself invaluable. There are no quick money making remote jobs. Maybe for people that already have the skill set & experience in a particular field. Become a coder, an EA, salesperson. Continually work on a skill set 1-2hrs per day the sell the hell out of yourself and you may get an ok paying remote job
Congrats on 400k subs!!! Found the content extremely useful for making career decisions.
Thank you so much and also so glad I could help!
Am from Nigeria can it work
I have applied/worked for several of these companies and one thing that I didn't hear you mention is that almost all of them require you to have a hardwired internet connection. They don't feel that wifi is reliable enough, so make sure you have an ethernet card in your computer. Ethernet cables are relatively cheap, but make sure you get the good ones for better data flow.
Also, most of the transcription ones require certain programs and sometimes special equipment that you can purchase independently or from them, so keep that in mind.
Thank you for the information :)
Well that knocks me out. Thanks for helping me not waste my time.
Can you share any link
The irony is that modern routers and wifi is better than old ethernet cables.. so many people will buy an older cable in order to get a longer cable for the same money, and the result might not even be worth it lol.
I’ve been working from home wIth Wi-Fi for 2 years. Never an issue.
Thank you for the time you put in to help others!
Thanks! Appreciate it.

The best job for working from home is definitely being a RUclipsr. I mean you only need some tools like Famester to get over subs and views requirement, and you could get that in two or three weeks max. After that it's pretty easy to continue when you are monetized. I mean it's not easy, but you get the point.
I definitely agree with you, started using it five months ago and no issue so far.

Have you tried it? I want to but I’m doubting. how is it?
The best video I have found, hands down! A lot of very good information!
Google cybersecurity certification just came out.
How long does it take to complete and how much is the course and exam?
@@crod6431 Their estimated completion time is 9 months but I imagine you could complete it way before. It’s self paced and I believe costs $49 a month. Feel free to check it out and confirm for yourself. They offer a 1 week free trial for ALL the courses under the certificate which you can cancel at anytime before the week ends.
I cancelled my subscription the same day I enrolled and I still have access to all the courses under the certificate(till free trial ends). Just wanted to check it out.
I am currently taking the google data analysis cert and IT cert I will do cybersecurity next
The market right now is still competitive so take it but mainly for the educational purposes.
No way! I’m jumping straight on it. The IBM is so wack man! They used a potato as their mic and they have the thickest accents lol

I started watching your videos last night and they are great. You have done great research on all these companies that you are showing as work at home jobs and remote. you and your team are great! I appreciate you and your team for doing this as it gives us all an idea of what to actually look for. I am out of work right now, I lost my job. I’ve done contract work since 2014 and there’s not a job on the horizon. So I’m looking for a remote job or something I can do. I’m very good I show up and I do the job and I never quit, I’ve done administrative work and all types of other things. Thank you for everything you’ve done! 🎉🎉🎉

Thanks for the support, Shanice!
Very awesome of you to share what you have learned. Thank you!
To be honest it’s so helpful
Great video!. Well I'm so happy I made the best decisions by having a good investment, Recently I'm able to acquire my third house even at my age and I believe if things keep going well I would retire early
That's nice! But how did you manage to achieve all that even with the current economy that's very bad? Please I'll appreciate your assistance on how to go about it, I'm desperately looking for a way to pay up my debts and also achieve my goals
The best strategy to use in trading is to trade with a professional who understands the market quite well, that way maximum profit is guaranteed, I'll highly recommend Katrina susan, she is my current trader and her strategies are working
Actually this is not the first time am hearing of katrina susan and her exploits, how she handles investments and generates good profits, she has really made a good name for her self, but i have no idea how to reach her
Katrinasusan is the name to look for
The truth is that, with this recent economy everyone needs more than their salary to be financially stable. The best thing to do with your money is to Invest it rightly because money left for savings always ends up used with no returns...
As usual, great info.
Go are Gold for this, thank you.
Most of these opportunities only apply to the USA, they claim to be remote (true) but, according to Apple for example, you have to be in the USA for their E-Verify programme by law. Another example was Liveops, need to be in the USA, again. Kind of annoying but gotta keep digging finding the opportunity to work from any location. I am almost giving up with life at 46.
LOVED the detail here and yes there are a few companies that I'm going to check out. One thing though - it would've been fantastic if you had a time stamp/link to each of the jobs. My snapshot keys were getting a serious work out! :D
Job opportunity?
Please help me for good pay salary jobs online, I am stuck , I don't forget in my whole life , please help me out angel

Agreed. There are also a myriad of cumbersome hurdles to get accepted by many of the jobs that Shane highlights. A lot of details omitted. A good example is transcription and captioning services- the testing process if ridiculous even for highly educated, skilled writers. Many fail.
That's what the comment section is for. If you apply to one of these positions, report back here how it went. I plan to do that soon!

I recently signed up for freelance stuff. I too find working in an office stressful.
I just love that freelance is a thing and I don’t have to worry about getting any summer job where I know I would be unhappy.
And let’s be real, freelance websites have more opportunities than office jobs. I could indefinitely avoid the office all together. I wish I had learned about Upwork sooner 😊
Go where the opportunity is!
which websites did u find to have those opportunities? struggling to find some here
@@ricardocostasilva3705 sites like Upwork and Freelance. But like all websites, they have their flaws
Just starting out how do you get your first few jobs? I keep hearing you practacally have to work for free untill you get enough status and projects finished with great feedback/ reviews.
I always find it difficult to get a remote job...
I've been a professional translator for the past 20 years. You say Gengo offers about $14 per hour. I charge a minimum of $30. Their customer-facing price for "advanced" work is $0.12 per word. As one of their potential suppliers, my rate would be $0.10-0.11 per word, so I doubt they will want to use my services.
I visited Gengo website recently, but they said they are not currently accepting new test submissions at this level.
thanks this was very helpful.. I was just working with Arise

I agree, except for the fact that he makes money on youtube for it, so it's not exactly doing it for free ;-) just like people who give away money on youtube, as a way to make money, they aren't giving away money, they are making money. Any suggestions for people located outside the USA?
I understand most people might like the idea of working from home. But when I worked from home as a business analyst, those were the unhappiest times of my life. I was thrilled in the beginning, but then I started to get depressed and anxious. I had to take medication and go to therapy. Some people just need a more social environment on a daily basis, even if it comes with some degree of stress. Now that I work in healthcare I might feel more physically tired, but way more emotionally energised
I had the same experience.
Not everyone has your needs.
You're right for people who desire social environments. But most people watching this video are NOT seeking that, since it's a video for those desiring WFH positions. Additionally, it will come down to the mental strength and work/personal life balance of the individual.
Why you resorted to medication and therapy instead of going to social events after work is beyond me. Honestly, the people that annoy me the most are the ones who take up my time socializing when they should be working.
I have the same experience working in an office. I work in an IT department at a remote office away from our corporate group. No one talks to me. No one wants to just talk. When I do get a call, it's someone angry that won't talk through the issue and help me get the information I need. I hate.
Thank you
Great Video
Hi Shane,
The last 6 months have been crazy with the hype and release around ChatGPT which recently got updated to GPT4. I am about to go study Computer Science on a full-ride scholarship. I know that I want to have a career in Tech, but the surge in AI recently has made me worried that I will pick a specialization that will become obsolete in four years. Could you make a video of Tech jobs that are fairly safe from being taken by AI?
AI can only make ur life easier as of now but that also depends on what ur specialization and how fast AI will grow in the next couple of years, all that being said i work in cyber security and there is always a scenario in which (human intervention is needed) we are put to test all the time we are constantly learning and growing and i do not think AI could take over as and when such scenarios occur
@@trashinnit4522 Ai never makes our life easier. More AI = less hype for ACTUAL human coders, and more jobs replacing their human workers for robots.
More = less jobs = less money
If you are going to college, get into ML and AI specializations since that will obviously be in demand.
@@catocall7323 Thank you! I have until my 3rd year of university to pick my specialization, but I wanted to think about asap. Machine Learning was definitely something that was on my mind. I was also wondering how the demand for Cloud engineers will be affected.
