Sir I have a question...please reply.....I have been stuck in a support project ...I'm a fresher with less than 1 year of experience....workload is too much on me as a fresher...also I don't like the work at all....I was a full stack intern ....but working in a purely support project ...I've had enough....can I ask for release or a different project?...Will they release me....will they put me on bench....if so....will they fire me after 35 days??

After 15 days of joining in cognizant, i decided to resign due to my moms sudden health issues, now the company is asking me to relocate and serve the notice period from office. I shared the medical certificate, but still they are not giving me early release waiver off. Now they are saying that i will be terminated. I want to ask, will the company ask me for money?? If not server notice period? HR told me only exp letter will nkt given and wont be hired again. But i am very worried that if they ask money. Plzz tell me.

Hello In my company from last 3 months I am working from client site, August 30 my contact ended, and after contract ended my parent company telling me to resign immediately, they're saying you're performance is good but we don't have project releted to it, I told them when i joined company and as of now i have updated my skills so i have some new skills, As a fresher i joined and i signed 2 year bond, but just completed 1 year and they're telling me to resign immediately, They're are giving me basic salary for 2 months that is only 6k Per month Please let me know what can I do in this situation

I don't have relieving letter and also its showing 16 working days instead of 5 in pf portal ..i m working in one mnc now..if i switch will it create any issue in bgv?

Worst HR's cos they don't support anybody, Some of the Reporting Managers just keep on making targets to make anyone's life like hell if you don't do buttering and RM don't like you. And lastly, if you take your problem to the HR's they will ask you to compromise or surrender as your RM said. I had worst experience with HCL company..... DISGUSTING...

Sir I have 52% in class 12th next year gave improvement and got 87%. In the offer letter(TCS) they have mentioned that they will consider marks obtained in 1st attempt only(more than 60% throughout academics). Is there any chance that they will consider improvement score? I have uploaded both marksheet in bgv form. I am yet to receive joining letter.

Mera service overlap hai first me infosys me tha and 5 month kaam krke resign daal dia but notice period serve nhi kia then 2 din baad Cognizant join kr lia. but abhi 28 days ka pf me overlap show kr rha h. Kya kru bhai mere pass infosys ka releiveing letter bhi nahi h 10k rupees bond k mang rhe h tb denge but usme bhi date change kr krege.

Hi bro, on Thursday i got termination mail but they didn't called me anything related to 3 months notice salary so in the mail they said you have 7 days to resign otherwise we will terminate so i thought wait for three days to ask to hr and get confirmation how can i notice salary get if i resigned so right now Saturday when iam trying to open laptop they are saying my account is locked

First of all in bgv they should never check pf. It is none of their business. Pf is social security and it financial data. Dont give that to these low quality bgv companies. They might misuse it. If they ask just threaten them to sue them with their revenue for ask financial details of an individual

Sir, I accepted an offer letter from a big bpo company for contact based work from home job after my interview, but I didn't attend training or start working due to personal reasons. Now, HR says my employee code has been generated. Will this impact my future? As i am a fresher i completed my graduation in this year I also didn’t complete the address verification but uploaded the documents which they asked to upload before giving offer letter.
