- Recently, Accenture India, one of the leading IT services providers, has found out that many employees have shown phony experiences. This has led to employees being fired from the company.
Employees were fired by the Indian branch of the multinational IT corporation after it was discovered that they had applied for jobs at the business using fake experience letters.
Although it is unknown how many Accenture employees participated in the scam, rumours on Twitter indicate that many may have been apprehended.
Additionally, in a statement, the company acknowledged these dismissals and stated that it had taken steps to ensure that services wouldn’t be impacted by the departure of workers who had fake certifications.

Bhai u r right mein as a data scientist work kar rha tha ek bank mein aur muze around 1year hone mein 2 months hi baki the ki tabhi hi mere managers and head of data engineers ne bataya ki tum nikal jao ya abscond ho jao due to fake experience and jab meine na bola to unhone mera harrasment kiya and gali bhi dene lage aur fir HR ne muze PIP par dal diya and bola ki aap resign dal do otherwise abscond ho jao due to fake experience and aur bola ki agar resign nhi daloge toh PIP pura hone par terminate kar denge then mene resign dala aur meine 3 months notice period serve bhi kiya andd unhone 3 months ki salary bhi hold par rakhi hui thi jab 3 months complete ho gaye tab HR se meine salary and experience letter manga to unhone termination ka mail daal diya and salary bhi nhi di aur asset chhinne ki bhi koshish ki and pure 7 months ki salary bhi wapas mangne lage aur bola ki agar 7 months ki salary nhi doge toh hum tumhare par data breach ka issue laga denge and asset nhi submit karne par case kar dege. Fir mein jab bhi asset dene jata tha toh wo log muze asset submission ka proof hi nhi de rahe the then meine head ko bhi request kiya email dal kar but unhone bhi koi reply nhi diya then finaly meine ek lawyer ko pesse de kar police k paas asset submit kiya aur fir call karke bank k asset team ka wahi person aaya aur police station mein uska bolne ka tone hi change ho gaya aur jhuth bolne laga ki mein usse asset submit karne aaya hi nhi tha aur phir jab meine recording dikhayi to bolne laga ki yaad nhi rha honga then meine bhi jyada bole bina asset submit kar diya kyuki mera bhi fake experience tha aur asset submission ka proof le liiya aur phir wo person bahar aakar muze bola ki hr ne asset submit karne se na bola tha and submit kar bhi jaate to proof dene ko na bola tha.even meine jo 3 months mein job search ki thi ye 1 year experience k base par uska bhi bgv fail kar Diya 6 months se unemployed hu. That is any domain you choose that demand will be aviblae only for 4-5 years and again he/ she has to learn new technology to sustain his career.
This guys will train new candidates and guve them training and remove senior people who has having good experience technology
When this senior tried to learn new technology they will demand for that minimum 4+ years . How they will get experience in new technology and what is the optiom they have..

Offer Letter issue kar k bhi mujhe hold pe daal k nikal diya tha ye Accenture ne. Reason dia k process hold pe gya. Inki wajh se maine previous company chod di thi. Mai 3 month's job less tha because of their poor HR management. I contacted in Bangalore and they terminated the HR who were helping me. Cheap and poor company which hardly increase the levels of their parmanent employees.
3yr later campany terminated and now they not giving any documents,,
