    Fufu and pounded Yam are two different things. Cassava flour can be used to make fufu and Yam flour to make pounded Yam (poundo Yam as it's often called when made from flour).

I narrowed it down to my favorite..egusi no meat and fufu... but in Colorado I've only had it from one restaurant and honestly it's a little pricey... but now I moved away from that city and don't have any fufu near me ;( I need to learn to make this asap

    🌹JUNE 24, 2022🌹
    “HOLD MY HAND~~AND TRUST. So long as you are conscious of My Presence with you, all is well. It is virtually impossible to stumble while walking in the Light with Me. I designed you to enjoy Me above all else. You find the deepest fulfillment of your heart in Me alone.
    Fearful, anxious thoughts melt away in the Light of My Presence. When you turn away from Me, you are vulnerable to the darkness that is always at work in the world. Don't be surprised by how easily you sin when you forget to cling to My hand. In the world, dependency is seen as immaturity. But in My kingdom, dependence on Me is a prime measure of maturity.” (JESUS CALLING)

    @ABI'S COOKING
    I'm sorry to tell you but this is not pounded yam because you neet to bye the fresh yam cook it till its soft and put it in a wooden bucket and pound it for at least 1hour with a wooden pole and the real fufu is made of fresh cassava and is cooked til its soft and then pressed true a really fine sif and then is also pounded like the yam for at least 1 hour non stop and you need to cook the yam and the cassava on a low heat for a couple of hours because the yam and the cassava is exactly poisonous that's way you shredded first and you wash it with water til the water is clear that's the way its done in Mother Africa 💪🏽
