    Am in love with the first method. I just blended,pour in the pot, on a low heat, I allow it to form before using the spatula to stir. It comes out very nice ....

    This is really interesting. Smart ways of making pounded yam. They are even easier than pounding. I think the second method is much easier 😀👍. After boiling, you just throw into the food processor. Fantastic. Thanks for sharing

    With this, no need to buy dry yam flour anymore! I have always wondered what they add into those packed yam flours anyway....

    Please what grinder did you use to grind the yam? Kindly recommend a good and durable grinder please. I have a good processor but it doesn't blend yam. Your recommendation will be appreciated please.

    both of them came out so well, but the second one was the best just like the real one that is pounded with mortar and pestle. It will go down well with the onugbu soup i made 😋well Nne oma.

    For those of you in the obodo oyibo, this is perfect because it best serves husband wife and toddlers /young children,. When it comes to the large Nigerian family setting it won't work. Lost my food processor, running it for 2 and 3 sections of pounded yam.

    Method one is firm like powdered yam flour while
    Method 2 is viscous in consistency like the real pounded 🍠 yam.
    Please correct me if am wrong
