In Cuba, we have plantain fufu! I use rice flour along with regular flour to flour my sourdough bread bannetons so they don't stick! Way cheaper to make it this way thanks!
Lovely recipe.❤ I noticed you didn't wash the rice. How about,if one is using other type of rice,asides jasmine rice,won't there be a need to clean the rice because of impurities and dirts.i'll appreciate your response.

If your rice needs to be washed you can wash it before you use it💕

If your blender is not strong please take the rice to the local market and grind there
Can i mix dal and rice,grind it and make fufu....will it taste good too...have anyone tried it??
