I need to practice. I just got it and my hair does NOT come out smoothly when I unwrap it like you do. It tangles. And I feel like it doesn’t get hot enough? When I do get it to work on some pieces I love it but I can’t get most of my hair to work with this. Not yet.
You should do small parts and try to make the perfect one
I’ve had the same issue my hair is not smooth at all and although setting it on the highest heat setting I don’t feel it’s hot enough?

So cute!! My hair is so thin so I did this step by step and it didn’t curl too too well but it still did better than normal!! (Definitely user error on my part I’m terrible when it comes to hair lol)
I have one and I got my hair hooked up in the brush and it won't come out. I had to quickly unplugged the brush and then take my time to unhook my hair. I have the same hair length.I hope I get it right the next time. Nice video.
